    Arman came in I am diagnosed our problem very quickly on our washing machine he gave us a fair price and was even patient while we found out whether we have insurance coverage or not on it this week home we came right back out the parts and install it and we no longer have any leaks very pleased with the work that he did he was very clean and effective!! He even gave us some tips on how we should maintain our seal because our previous one was not getting cleaned as effectively as it should have.

Back then, I could not get ahold of MGR for over a month and eventually Choice reassigned my claim to another company. What I learned this week is that MGR had no idea the ticket had been reassigned. From their perspective, the claim simply disappeared. Fast forward to this Sunday. I submitted a new claim around 6 p.m. and was scheduled for Monday between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Unfortunately, it looked like history was repeating itself because I waited all day and nobody showed. I was beyond frustrated, especially since I had been calling since early that morning. I finally got ahold of AH Ashot, and he was incredibly helpful. He squeezed me in for Tuesday morning at 7 a.m. and took the time to explain what happened. It turns out they had been calling the phone number on file through a phone service that my phone automatically blocks. I had provided an alternate number to Choice, but that information never made it to MGR. Not their fault. AH Ashot and DG David arrived Tuesday morning and got right to work. My refrigerator had completely stopped cooling. The freezer had defrosted, meat juice was everywhere, the ice cream was soup, and all of my dairy products had spoiled. It was a huge mess and an expensive loss. The best part? They had the part with them and fixed it during the visit. No waiting weeks. No ordering parts and hoping for the best. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. After talking with Ashot, I realized the situation back in 2025 wasn't what I thought it was. Sometimes things get lost between the warranty company and the service company. What I can say is that when I finally connected with MGR, they showed up, got the job done, and treated me well.     Where do I begin? This company was called out to our house by a home insurance company because our…read morerefrigerator was not cooling in September 2022. Repair person wrote down model number and ordered parts. Repair person came back in late October or early November 2022 to fix the broken part. A few weeks later before Thanksgiving I noticed the refrigerator and freezer were not as cold as they should have been. Insurance company sent out a different company and the guy said the first company should have did a dye test to see if there was a leak, because more than likely that was the issue. The first company came back in late November to access the problem. Said they needed to order more parts to fix the issue. Six weeks later WE have to call the repair company and said waiting for insurance company to order another part. A week or two later no response so we call insurance company and they said it shows parts were ordered WEEKS ago and they were delivered to repair company. Repair company claims they never received parts. After continuous calls to the insurance company complaining about NOT HAVING A REFRIGERATOR for TWO MONTHS and having our food go back twice. Insurance company finally deems our refrigerator non-repairable. We also have a 2 year old. How the funk are you supposed to function for 3 out of 4 months without a refrigerator?!?!? Coincidentally after our demands with the insurance company, the repair company starts calling leaving voicemails saying they received the part and want to set an appointment. We don't answer their calls since they never called us back like they promised they would. Then we get a text from them confirming our appointment for the following day. They never showed up for the "appointment" that "we scheduled" with them. They then show up unannounced the following day stating that they received the part and can make the repair. My wife politely said no thanks, it's already been handled by the insurance company. The guy kept asking if we got the refrigerator repaired and then takes a picture of our house before he leaves with his tail between his legs. DO NOT use this horrible company. The reviews on here are evident that they do not know how to run a company. They need to get a clue on how to communicate with their customers.
