They did a great job but some smudges on the grill as you can tell from the photo. They even cleaned the dust out of the air vents and shifted the car into drive to properly clean the leather around the gear selector. That is attention most places would never even think about. There was not a single speck of dust under the seats or anywhere in the carpets. The headlight restoration alone was worth it. They removed the oxidized clear coat and applied Kevin's own blend of sealant, and the headlights look brand new. You can tell this takes real skill and dedication, not just someone rushing through cars. What really impressed me was how careful they are. I watched a towel get dropped and it immediately went straight into the wash. No shortcuts. No laziness. Just pure professionalism. The crew is friendly, efficient, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Even on a busy Sunday morning with about ten cars ahead of me, they finished in just a few hours. Around 3 bays open in the vacuum area, you have to exit the car wash, go on the main road then go into the drive to the car wash to get to the vacuum area. Have an Hyundai Elantra, the car wash didn't wash the rear window and bumper well, had to hand wash when I got to the vacuum area. Didn't have the disinfectant and window spray at my bay but borrowed the bottles next to my bay. Plenty of clean towels at the bottom of the collection box but they are damp, thankfully they don't smell of mildew. Staff is good about picking up the used microfiber towels and refilling the bottles. Minimal scent on both. You vacuum you own floor mats at the vacuum area. I wish they had a mat cleaning machine like other car washes. You just feed it through a machine at the top and it rolls out the bottom. I want to go on Wednesday and get a buy one and get one free on the Extreme wash. That looks like a good deal. W San Carlos is a busy street, takes a while to enter and leave. I asked Yelp for a quote for seat shampooing/ detailing services and Brian was among the first to respond with a very reasonable quote. The appointment was easy to make (they fit me in right away), and the service itself was fast - there's a Starbucks down the road to wait at. That was my experience at this fraudulent and dishonest excuse of a car wash. $110 dollars for a simple hand wash. Not a wax, just a simple wash with a hand dry. I was promised an interior detail, so it seemed like a steal. I agreed to the hand wash/dry and interior detail. However, because it was a verbally negotiated agreement, and not something printed on their menu, they immediately denied offering the service when my car came around, and I was stuck paying $110 (and a $20 tip) for a simple exterior wash. My floor mats were still covered in dirt. What a joke, what a fraud. Will never return. DO NOT COME HERE.
