Took my Jeep down there to fix a tire. I put the fixed tire on the back of my Jeep. When I needed that tire a few months later I realize they didn't replace the censor. I went down there and told them. Of course I get " we no work on that Jeep". And those sensors are EXPENSIVE to replace! read more

Came to AA tires in Santa fa this morning to try and get my tire patched. Shop was open but no one was on site so we honked our horn a guy came out screaming what do you want very rude we just left and thank god we found another shop near by. read more

Pulled up no one on site. When I walked up to his shop doors he came out of a car whistled at me yelling hey No No over here. What do you want. Told him I need a flat tire fix. Then he responded 20 dollars cash money only. Yeah 20 for a patch job no thanks buddy 10-15 dollars atleast. Very unprofessional someone needs to come shut this guy down. read more

This place I had used a lot to air up my tires. My entire family has. But I will no longer do business with him again. He sold me to used tires that were dry-rotted and the date on them was 2009. When I went back to him he said my tire went flat because of my rim not the wheel. So I purchased a rim. He said what do you want me to do. You see the sign no refunds or exchange. Not trusting him by the way he was acting and charged me $140 for the 2 use old tires. He didn't want me to see them he put them on so fast. So I went to Big Boys. They treated me wonderful and showed me how bad they were. And said it was not a rim problem it was a tire problem. They gave me a great deal on two front tires used. And we're very nice. I will never use this man like I say again. To take advantage of an elderly woman is sad and unacceptable. To take advantage of anyone is unacceptable! read more

What a bunch of jokes these guys are. I was pretty much out of work since Hurricane Harvey hit last year and didn't have a whole lot of money, to say the least. So, just when I did find a job (where I have to commute from Santa Fe to South Houston 5 days a week), I had a flat. I bought a used tire from these guys for $45 (I could have bought a new one for less at Discount Tire) and less than 3 weeks later it starts losing air, so I take it back to them only to be told their used tires have no warranty, that it would cost me another $10 to have it plugged because of a small nail I had picked up. No thanks, when I get my first paycheck at my new job I will be going to Discount Tire !!!!! read more

I don't know what the bad reviews are for, but I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I had a screw in my Michelin E rated tire that Discount wouldn't even touch. A&A did it right and cheap. The two guys I dealt with were super nice and helpful. A++++ as far as I'm concerned. read more

Bunch of clueless people walking around looking like they have nothing better to do. I called 2 hours prior before heading into the Double AA Tire shop in Santa Fe regarding some special tires needed for my vehicle (called others in the area and none had them). According to two employees they did in fact have them. I even asked a few times to confirm if the tire size was correct and the brand, etc. They said "Sure, come on in we do have it here waiting for you." Mind you, I had a one hour trip one way to make it here. I pull up to AA, and I ask may I see the tires. They say "Sorry amigo, we don't have the tires." So why the hell would you make someone drive one hour after I specifically asked several times if you had this exact tire in stock. The best I got was an "Oh, sorry." I walked off, what a joke AA is. Go down the street to BIG BOYS TIRE SHOP located in SANTA FE, they actually know what they're doing. Kind courteous and professional people who are willing to help with anything; huge selection too. read more
