It's hard to find loyal and caring employees yet some are there but I have seen to many frustration among customers at this location. Unfortunately you can not satisfy each customer and not every customer is easy to deal with. But being visible and helpful and will go a long way. Personally if I need a project done, I compared Lowe's to Home Depot and find almost every time Lowe's wins out. But Home Depot can make a huge impact with more Managers around and known with name tags that say MANAGER. This will show customers that they will get the best direction and help. Seasonal employees I feel hurt business cause they are NOT FOR THE COMPANY AND JUST NEED A JOB.... advertising for Seasonal in a store should be removed and only hire a better representative for Home Depot. On line shopping seems to be the new direction and brick and mortar stores should downsize and have satellite locations with minimal delivery!

    Customer service at curbside. There is no parking for curbside pickup. Forced to go in and pick up…read morethe order , employees barely acknowledged you , and when they do, they are talking to other another employee so you are not sure if they are helping you. When you try to make sure that they are, they reply with "I heard you".I did not get her name because she is VERY SLOW ( took approx 15-20mins just for "curbside pickup"). Had to carry heavy items back to car when I specifically did curbside for this reason. The Employee that brought it out (another female) told me " if they can carry it, then I can" not even knowing my medical condition. Employees at this location need better training in every aspect of customer service.

I bought a product there trim molding it split while I was cutting it and then the next one split. Ok I return it to the store because they must stand behind their products. I said Home Depot and Lowe's stand behind their product...a smart ads Indian or Pakistani guy was mocking me whilst telling me never in his 18 years did they take a defective product back. I asked to speak with the manager after having me wait 34 minutes the guy Keith Davis said because I cut they won't return it....if it was not for me cutting it I would not have known it was defective. I said I would complain to the state apparently others have said that and this Keith Davis there is no recourse. Spend a little extra and go to a reputable place like a lumber yard Home Depot or Lowe's. I am out $36 but they are out a customer because I had planned to buy 3 solid wood pre hung doors because I was happy with the other ones I bought...I like saving $$$ but nothing is worth shopping there.

    This was, quite possibly, one of the absolute worst delivery and customer services experiences I…read morehave ever had with a business. My husband and I recently moved into a new home and ordered two bedframes from Bob's, one full and one king. On the initial date of delivery, the full frame was built with no issues, but we were informed that there was a broken piece with the king frame, and that they would have to undo it and take it away. The gentleman who delivered it was incredibly nice and got me on the phone with customer service. I spoke with a woman who informed me the delivery would be replaced a few days later. When they arrived a few days later, they came with only parts for the frame, and not the entire replacement frame. This time, they left the miscellaneous pieces of frame in our bedroom, taking up space, and we had to get on the phone with customer service AGAIN. This time we spoke to two different people (neither of whom seemed to understand what we were talking about or who understood our situation). And once again, they assured us that the next delivery (the 3rd attempt) would be correct and the entire frame would be delivered. When the third delivery was attempted, they (shocker) only came with just the pieces again and not the entire frame, but thankfully this group of delivery men were kind enough to move the leftover pieces of frame from our bedroom to our garage so they weren't in the way. My husband talked to customer service on the phone and very clearly explained the situation, and we were once again informed that the now FOURTH delivery attempt would be correct. This morning, which was supposed to be the final (correct) delivery, my husband received a phone call stating that they, once again, had the wrong order and only had parts for the frame, not the entire frame itself. After multiple other confusing & frustrating calls to customer service agents (who very clearly follow a script and have trouble straying from it), and trying to explain to them that we did NOT want a replacement or exchange at this point and just wanted a refund, we finally got a satisfactory response. We definitely not be purchasing any more furniture from Bob's and will be advising our friends & family against it as well. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different furniture store or get something off of Amazon.

Mind you, it was a huge hassle, even getting them to deliver it and it took over a month to set up a date. If you try to ask if there's a certain window of the day they will arrive, they're unable to give you that until the day of delivery.... That's absolutely insane and I don't know how people that work normal jobs and aren't working home, schedule things like this? Because, it was extremely difficult for myself. Then when it arrives like someone took a knife to it in NINE different places? When I called to have this taken back, they were unable to that night and mentioned friday. I agreed to set it up Friday then they call saying they don't have anything until 6 weeks.... So now I'm stuck with a carved in piece of furniture like someone was g0d damn wood carving. I mean, they don't call it discount for nothing; Absolute joke- I should've bought from Ikea and endured the annoyance of putting it together. You're definitely better off buying furniture elsewhere.
