Dishonest and high pressure sales tactics. I have a 3 fam that I rent out. One of my tenants…read morecomplained about not having heat. I made an appointment with Zoella for the next day. Upon arrival the tech called me and said my systems were so old they would not touch them. They said two were not working (which was a lie) and that I should replace all 3. They made a point to stress safety as their top concern and also said I would never be able to find parts. They quickly gave me a proposal and stressed that they needed to know right away to make it happen for the following week. All this despite having never even looked at my systems to see if they could figure out what was wrong. I was able to get another licensed heating company out the same day. The other company's tech confirmed that two of my systems were operating exactly as they should which was confirmed by my tenants. The unit that I called about needed a new transformer and it fired right up without issue and the tech confirmed all 3 units were operating safely. Zeolla operates akin to a dishonest mechanic or a surgeon doing unnecessary surgery, and these guys should be investigated. The worst part is that they were willing to let my tenant go without heat for an extended period of time in order to con me.

Update: Finally got delivery scheduled for Tuesday 10-11AM. At 11:45 I called to inquire where…read morethe delivery was. I was told they'd call me back. at about 1 I checked my email and there was a message that the truck got a flat and could they reschedule. I wrote back sure any time after 4:30 that day would be great. Another email said sure we can deliver after 4:30. At 4:50 (since they close at 5) I called and had to threaten to cancel the credit card payment. Vanity Showed up at 5:15. Later that night I emailed them back that the vanity was installed and when can they come to template the top. It's two days later and two emails later (another one this morning) and a phone call and they'll get back to me. Bill Shea's just gave me a quote for the same price for the same counter top, they'll come next week to template and should have the countertop ready for install in 10 days from that. I think I'm going to dispute the credit card charges if I don't hear back by the end of today and go with Bill Shea's. AVOID VANITY WORLD unless you want a never ending project. 2nd Update: Went to VW to ask for refund for the countertop part of my bill. They refused and told me to "Get the F*&k out". Contesting with credit card company. Looks like this will end up in small claims.
