From start to finish Trevor and his team were fantastic to work with. Out of multiple contractors Trevor was the only one to return my call. He showed up for the quotation promptly at 7AM as stated. I have had mud jacking work done before so had a rough idea of the cost and because of his professionalism, knowledge and honestly, just good guy vibes I didn't bother to seek another quote. They adjusted their schedule by a day to accommodate my schedule and showed up promptly at 10AM as stated. Trevor and his team got to work immediately with each of his staff knowing exactly what to do and performed handoffs seamlessly. They adjusted drill apparatus as necessary as they assessed concrete thickness to avoid cracking and then carefully lifted slabs inside and outside of my garage to align with adjacent slabs. I also needed some fill on the back patio and they laid down planks to leave no trace. All residue mud was washed away and all holes patched with absolutely no cleanup required on my part. My neighbor of 24 years stopped as she needed mud jacking work done and I enthusiastically recommended Trevor and his team. AAA Concrete Raising is as good as it gets for fixing sinking patios! I had a severely sinking patio/stairs in my backyard where it was actually getting dangerous just to step outside due to the drastic drop. I contracted with a polyurethane company to inject foam and thereby lift the concrete slabs. Big Mistake!! If only I had read Howard's website, I could have saved myself so much aggravation. The company I hired to do the foam injecting, drilled into the concrete but never hit dirt. They proceeded on to try to fill in the void under the concrete but wound up using over their limit on a single job and it still did not lift the concrete. The boss came on to the scene a week later and said he couldn't complete the job due to too much foam usage. So they just walked away. I had to find a reputable company that would take on someone else's work. I called Howard and explained what happened. He was very kind and said he would look at it for me. Thank God he decided to give it a try and fix it. He was very honest and I felt so relieved. His expertise and knowledge not only impressed me but it got the job done. He was able to lift it at least 7 inches and it looks beautiful. Howard is a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond what is required. We were very pleased with Mr. Denton and his crew. From the first phone call, estimate, completion of work & follow up, he was first class, prompt, and enjoyable to work with. He called & showed up exactly when he said he would, which was very refreshing. They raised a large concrete pad that serves as a step coming off our deck so it's safe again and within code. He also noticed that our driveway was out of sync with the garage floor entrance. They fixed that while they were here, for a reasonable additional charge. Trevor, Uncle Howie and crew did a fantastic, professional job. We were so impressed. They are honest, friendly, helpful, informative and very knowledgeable on the industry. They were confident they could raise our 40 year old garage floor and our concrete patio slab and they absolutely did. Our advise...do your research. The polyurethane foam injection system isn't as successful as the concrete, according to an engineer, it doesn't always fill the voids under the concrete. When one of these new technology companies gave us an estimate, he told us he wasn't totally confident their process would be successful. However, Trevor and Uncle Howie were confident from the very beginning that our repair was simple and they had no doubt it would be successful. They knew exactly what needed to be done and pointed out an issue with our front step that needed to be corrected in order for it to be safe.
