After we invested hundreds of dollars in new seals and gaskets for the engine. After 3 weeks the engine had low oil pressure. We were not notified that they wanted the motor mounts back, intake manifold back, and the exhaust manifolds back. Engines are not sold with these components, so why would they leave them on the engine when we purchased the engine. On top of that, its an hour drive away and they refuse to do the right thing and take the engine back and offer a credit for the $3,000 6.2 Denali Engine. Have a nice day you f faces. My credit card company is already gonna take the money back from you and you will never see this engine again.

Had to take back to get it fix and it was still off requiring me to go to dealer to get it done correctly. Again, their team/staff were tremendously understanding. I pointed to the clock on my phone to show him I had a few minutes left to make my purchase and pleaded with him to make an exception because it was dark and needed the bulb to drive home. If this is exceptional service, it definitely fell short. I don't normally write complaints or bad experiences but this is just unacceptable and they lost a sale.
