    I researched a couple transport options and different car companies before settling on Go Ride as I…read moreneeded to transport 3 kids which all required a car seats as per California Law. Uber car seat didn't seem to be a reliable option and ride hailing services required a super far transfer to another pickup location. The bus was also triple the time to our destination near the cruise port. Go Ride was very clear about their pricing and they were detailed when answering a follow up question I had about pickup time which was fortunate as our flight ended up getting in 30 mins earlier than scheduled. Our driver, Oscar, arrived early to pick us up - I received an iMessage from him before landing using my airline's in-flight wifi - I was able to send him updates as we got off the plane and got our bags. He pulled up within 5 mins of my last message when we had our bags conveniently right outside the terminal. It was so easy I didn't even need to rent the $8 USD luggage cart and my kids didn't have enough time to complain about any wait. Oscar was really helpful with our bags and had all the car seats already installed correctly! All seats were facing the correct direction, solid, tight and the only adjustment needed was for the actual seat belts themselves to secure the kids. Oscar offered us bottles of water and we were off to the hotel. On the way we had a nice chat and he was totally OK with the youngest child crying for a bit while navigating LA's notorious traffic (he said it was light but to me it was busy). Drop off at the hotel was smooth and we tipped in cash for great service - he impressed us! Definitely would recommend to anyone especially families looking for a smooth experience getting anywhere from LAX airport. I will be using them again for future travel. Pricing: reasonable and competitive for door to door private car service with car seats. Communication: from booking to actual day of it was the right amount of detail Quality: car and car seats were super clean Safety: our driver Oscar was safe while navigating LA's freeway and street traffic. Car seats were properly installed and well maintained. Convenience: Door to door service was amazing and easy - I had bags but didn't require a luggage cart at all. Time saved = more relaxation time = less whiny little ones Thanks again Oscar and Go Ride!

I was quoted prices from just ok on the high end to WHAT!! Are you kidding? I was desperate and continued searching for other options here on Yelp. I found Airport Rides and read the positive reviews, so I requested a quote. Within two minutes of sending my quote request, I received a phone call from a gentleman named Anthony. I provided Anthony with pertinent information, including the date, location, number of passengers, luggage information, and return transportation details. Within 15 seconds, Anthony provided me with a round-trip quote, tax, and tip for his drivers, which was hundreds of dollars less than what other shuttle companies had quoted me for one-way transportation. I had to confirm three times during our phone conversation whether there were any additional fees, since his price was sooo much better than anyone else's. Anthony advised me that he was the owner of his new shuttle company and that, as a new business, excellent customer service and competitive pricing were the keys to its success. I agreed to the price, and Anthony directed me to please make the reservations on his website, which I did. Within minutes, I received my email confirmation and a follow-up phone call from Anthony, thanking me for the business and the opportunity to transport my family and friends. Needless to say, I am thrilled and grateful to Anthony for the GREAT customer service and for saving me hundreds of dollars.

    Well we made it to/from LAX alive and in time. Otherwise, his driving was a little scary; we were picked up not super early in the morning (between 9-11am), but he looked like he was struggling and swerved 2-3 times to stay in his lane. The van was also pretty filthy on the inside; there were nut shells on the floor and didn't seemed it was cleaned for several weeks. I would not recommend especially if your family has any food or pet allergies.

For example, I've called in regard to two different booked trips in the past month and only ever got through to someone once (out of about 6 calls total and one unanswered text). - They tend to switch drivers day of trip due to availability and timing which I can totally understand but if you're someone who gets anxious about switch ups like that - just something to note. - There isn't really a way to modify or cancel a trip reservation easily off their website. You'd have to call but as I've mentioned, it was tough getting in touch. However! The little chat function on the website worked pretty quick and they were responsive at first in helping. Then I got ghosted mid-convo bc I think whoever on the other side thought I was done with my questions/asks. - There is a 5% cancellation fee due to the company's bank? This is regardless of time before trip. There are other reputable car service companies that give full refunds for cancellations as long as it's at least an hour before reserved time. This company is cheaper than the ones I'm thinking of so there is balance there! But can get complicated, if like me, you're booking for business trip which is an expense but hard to expense a cancellation fee on top of a different res elsewhere. But also, I had one experience where there wasn't any issues with pick up other than the driver switch which had us confused momentarily. We got over it fast and was nothing but a hiccup! But again, if you're sensitive about things like that - just something to be aware of so that nobody is surprised.

    READ IF YOU'RE THINKING OF BOOKING FROM LAX. I recently took…read morea trip with my wife and another couple and I booked a rountrip shuttle to/from LAX. I had booked a shuttle, but a minivan car picked us up on the day we left. It wasn't too big of a deal, but I was expecting a large van with more room. Our real issue was when we returned back at LAX after our trip. We had a very long travel day and were looking forward to getting home for some much needed rest. In the PrimeTime shuttle app, it gave specific instructions as to where to go in order to meet our driver. After being on a plane for 11 hours, we made our way onto a crammed bus outside the terminal that took us to the pickup point as per the instructions. However, once at the spot, I found out that our driver was unable to pick us up at that location! WTF. I paid over $160 (each way) and this is what we get? I then called the company and they even verified the location. They then called the driver and said we had curbside service. I was NOT notified about this. So, we wasted about 30-35 minutes leaving the terminal and getting on an uncomforatble bus ride only to be told that we didn't have to do that. We had carried 4 large suitcases, 2 duffle bags, and 4 backpacks and now we were told we had to walk roughly 0.4 miles to a different spot in order for us to be picked up. It was terrible. After all of that, I sent an email to PTS explaining what had happened. Here is how they responded: "After reviewing the reservation, we confirmed that your booking was upgraded free of charge for terminal pick-up instead of the original LAXit Zone 20A location. Unfortunately, this change was not properly communicated to you, which resulted in you having to return from the LAXit area back to the terminal for the pick-up. We completely understand how frustrating and exhausting this situation must have been, especially after arriving from your flight... As a gesture of goodwill and apology, we would like to offer you a $20 promo code for a future ride with us. Please feel free to contact us so we can personally provide the promo code for your next reservation". This felt like a slap in the face. Apparently their lack of communication and professionalism is only worth $20 and that is for any future ride, not off of what I had already paid. Why would I trust any future rides?
