On time and stress free. My wife and I used them to pick us up after our wedding and take us to our hotel. Although it was just an hour we used their service it was cost effective and completely stress free. We got married locally and stayed around the corner but didn't want to drive or have a family member take us. We thought about Uber or Lyft but who wants to be waiting in your wedding attire on the curb as your guest are waving goodbye lol. I scheduled them 15 minutes prior to our scheduled departure they were early which allowed our wedding party to load up our belongings so all we had to do was exit. Moments after we left we realized we had a member of the wedding parties keys and the driver gladly turned around and got us back to the venue to give them the keys with no issues. Tony was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire experience! We had a faculty retreat to the mountains and I was worried about driving through the snow. I used this car service twice. My initial experience was smooth and pleasant. The driver was very professional and nice. SUV was clean, spacious, and comfortable. My second experience did not go as well - I emailed Tony and received confirmation twice regarding this reservation and on the day of a car did not arrive. I allowed an extra 15-minutes post pick-up time prior to calling Tony to give leeway to the driver. When I called, Tony mentioned the car had a flat tire and another car was on its way and would be at my house in 15-minutes. 15-minutes goes by and no car. I call again and he says a car will be there in 10-minutes - the time passes and still no car. I call for the last time and he says the car will be there in 10-minutes and finally the car arrives 50-minutes past my reservation. The driver then tells me he did not know of my reservation until that morning. The driver was again efficient and nice and I arrived at LAX 15-minutes prior to boarding. My recommendation is to always confirm your reservation with Tony 1-day ahead. Hopefully this will help you avoid a stressful situation. read more

We used this car service last weekend to attend The Weeknd concert at the forum in Inglewood we had a party of 7 and we were picked up in a very clean Suburban by a very professional driver in suit that was prepared with phone chargers for everyone as everyone had their phone charging inside, played whatever music we wanted and friendly I'm glad we went with them instead of splitting up the group and getting a couple of Uber's since Uber only accommodates up to 6 people. Round trip to and from was 245 (35 bucks a person) round trip not bad at all and we all stayed together which made the night that much better and no headaches (DUI) our driver even let us change our pickup time by 25 minutes as concert went a little past time ....and there was no charge. Tony the guy that set this up was very professional and always answered or called back right away and sent me an itinerary so I had drivers number, times of pick up, drop off, type of vehicle all ahead of date will def recommend this business again read more

I used All Executive Rides for my transportation to and from LAX for my recent trip to Japan. Our driver arrived promptly @ 5:30 a.m. for our early pick up-right on time for our drive to LAX. We also used the service for our our return trip home. Our driver arrived early which was great since our flight arrived earlier than scheduled. Great service and will use All Executive Rides again. We shared the ride with another couple so the driver was able to pick us up first and then proceeded to the other's couple home.
