These guys worked so hard to repair our garage doors and save us the cost of new doors. In the long run the old doors were just too old. They replaced not only the doors but all the tracks and openers. Due to a storage solution we had built they had to do a lot of extra work to make the new doors fit. Shortly after that we had a mechanical issue with one of the openers. Despite the problem not being caused by them they came out and fixed it. It was evident that Dor is deeply committed to customer satisfaction. ( He mentioned to me personally that he is unable to rest comfortably if a customer is dissatisfied with their service. ) After a quick consultation, he was able to address, AND resolve the issues, all within two hours of his arrival at my location. A technician from AAA Garage Door Services was sent again a month later to address a noise issue with the garage door. The adjustment was completed promptly and at no additional charge!! Update: contacted soon after the review. Guys came back out to fix things same day. Changed to 5 star. ----------- The experience was 5 star except for a couple minor things that I can't say 5 star for. Maybe 4.5 star. The two technicians were friendly and did the work quickly (and next day). The price seemed reasonable, but I only got this one quote. Got the same opener for both doors (one door previously had no opener). Got the basic belt Liftmaster (they said these will last, and only brand they install). Nice and quiet. The doors themselves make more noise than the opener (we kept the old wooden doors and tracks). Nice enough to mention that we were missing safety cables for the springs and told me how to install them myself (or they could install for a price). Now the minuses: - The wall button for the new opener needed a wire run along the ceiling. But it looks like they spliced two wires together by simply twisting the copper together and leaving it exposed. Probably should at least do electrical tape (I put on some wire splices (e.g. https://www.mcmaster.com/products/wire-splices/) so I don't have exposed copper. - Looks like they lost two of the screws for the wall buttons, so each button has only one screw (they are not tightly connected to the wall). I called precision garage door service first using their Olympia area phone number. I gave the young lady all my information City of Shelton and my zip code. She took my information and told me that a tech would contact me between 4 and 6 pm. At 6:45 I called back and the young lady told me that I was out of their service area!!!!!
