The only agency name that came up was Gerard (specifically Carolyn, I believe, but she wasn't available when I called), and now I understand why! Aleshia was great, took almost an hour to answer my questions, took down all the rx & dosage info that applied, and gave options and suggestions based on our family members' needs. She didn't rush us at all, and my guess is that out of any product their office sells, they probably get the LEAST commission on Medicare plans considering its government funded. So even with that, she took time like as if she was quoting a million dollar home policy. I am very appreciative of the knowledge, quick emails, follow-up, and getting 3 additional policies set up for us.

His service was marginal at best taking 2-3 days to return messages if at all, not giving complete answers, etc. Since we have lived in Amador County for over 35 years, we decided to ask Anne to be our agent. What a difference. She asked me to make an appt. to see her. I thought, "Uh-oh, here comes the hard sell on needing more insurance." Well, no. Anne went through all our policies, homeowner's and vehicle, and told us we were overpaying for insurance. She made a few adjustments and has saved us approximately $1,100 a year. When I call or email, if I don't get an immediate response, I will soon after. Her staff is top notch and service is what her office is all about. I only wish we had switched agents sooner.

Started off really well, prices steadily increased over the couple years we were insured by…read moreAllState. Really difficult to get a hold of this office and were of no help when it came to a claim I had that involved my window getting smashed and damaging the interior. I was left to deal with claim adjusters and a separate Allstate claims team. What's the point of having an agent? My plan was even set up incorrectly and luckily we were able to fix that during the claim I mentioned after the Allstate management team listened to a recording of my voice of when I called to setup service. They also try to push Safelite glass repair as hard as they can. They screwed up the window type and brought the wrong one. Had to wait another week to get it replaced. Finally, when I traded my car in, they wanted to almost double my rates. I wasn't even able to speak to anyone in the office, I was left to once again, deal with some generic Allstate call center. I had enough and switched to a competitor, I was amazed at how much I was overpaying for WORSE coverage.
