We had a lockout today, and AAA handled it quickky! I negelted to get the gemtlemans name. He was superb. Gteatest custimer sercice ever.

It is beyond troubling to me that I even have to write this email. Sometime towards the end of last year, I called AAA for roadside assistance for one of my vehicles due to a dead battery. The gentleman came out and he could not have been nicer. He explained to me that the battery was under warranty. He proceeded to replace that battery and all was good. Shortly after that, I ended up with a dead battery again. I called AAA the gentleman came out and assured me the battery was still under warranty. I accepted this as fact. He said the battery was still good and gave it a charge. He said I should drive it for about a half-hour or so just to charge the battery. About a month or two later I got in to start the vehicle and the battery was dead yet again. Once again I called AAA thanking the battery was still under warranty, especially since the new battery he installed was already dead, and somehow I once again had a defective battery. The gentleman who arrived was already argumentative to me when I said "the rumor is there are no batteries out there right now" because that is what I heard from the AAA representative on the phone. He snapped at me saying "What are you talking about I have a whole truckload of batteries." I said I believe my battery is still under warranty that's why I was asking. He opened the hood and immediately said I had an aftermarket product hooked to the battery that was draining it and he could not honor the warranty. This is a totally false statement I have already had this verified with a certified local garage and he is willing to give me a statement that there is no aftermarket anything on this vehicle. He basically told me I was out of luck and left. He could not have been ruder abrasive and even argumentative about the event. With no options, I had to go out and spend over $200 on a new battery. I have been a member since 2010 I have never experienced service like this guy. Not to mention the entire customer service experience was a nightmare. Since he made it very clear AAA was not going to honor the warranty, I called to cancel my membership. The representative on the phone promptly told me that I could not cancel because I had already used the service. I said although I wanted a refund, it looked like that was going to happen. What they neglected to tell me was that shortly after that conversation, they went ahead and canceled me anyway. I had no idea I was canceled up until I checked my card recently. I have already paid for I believe the next three years? This means I have paid for goods and services from AAA but will not receive those services. My hope is that you will rectify the situation by reinstating my membership and honoring what I paid for? I don't want to go into a whole big thing about what I intend to do if this is granted but I cannot and will not accept a negative answer on this. I have already paid in full and your team canceled me without my knowledge. Please let me know the status of my membership and if it is your decision to cancel, why it's canceled and why I cannot receive a refund? Best Regards, read more

More importantly she has always continued to be there for me whenever I had any questions or help with my insurance policies. Wow!! I never thought I would say this about a DMV process, but renewing my registration here was fantastic!! I had gone to an Albertsons for their kiosk and it was down, so I came here. The ladies were super friendly and helpful. There was no wait. The kiosk printed my sticker on the spot. The experience was so good I'll actually consider aaa for insurance. Whoa! Look out! AAA will find ways to take you for a ride. Do you know I had some ill fortune and AAA was not willing to work with me? The first mishap happened when my battery died. They charged me way too much for the battery, whereas you can get a battery for $90, they charge you $150. They have you because guess what? You're a captive audience. The second mishap was when my tire blew out a couple of months later. THis was the one time they did a good job of putting the donut on. The third mishap had to do with fuses blowing and me not knowing what was wrong. This happened on a Friday night, and the rep came out, put jumper cables on then wouldn't do anything because the repair shops were closed. That's right. YOU GET PENALIZED WITH A CALL even though they don't fix the problem. I finally got a tow from them the next day, but the fuse blew out again three days later, and guess what? They said i was out of service calls. A AAA membership is supposed to come with FOUR complimentary tows, each up to 100 miles. But guess what? You don't get four. I had used ONE tow, and I was told I had to pay for a tow. I would be more than happy to give them a better review but they only did their proper job half the time. read more

Abel with AAA is the man! Seriously had a rough night with a tire blowout on the highway. Being a young female stuck in that situation is scary but he made it an easy and comfortable experience. He took me to a 24/7 tire shop and the neighborhood was not the safest so he took me to the nearest ATM to get cash even after the trip was technically over and stayed with me because it was also late and scary. I am so grateful for his quick, reliable service (and great conversation about our dogs lol) thank you Abel! Keep up the amazing customer service. read more

This is a review about a AAA affiliated tow yard and their management in Pahrump. If I could leave less than a one star I would. I purchased an engine from their yard and was told I would be contacted when it was removed from the vehicle it was in so that it could be delivered. Over the course of slightly more than a year and a half I stopped by their location at least 3 times and called at least 4 others. I was told I would be notified when it was available. I drove by and noticed the car was gone so I stopped by to find out when it was going to be delivered and was told it was sold, to someone else. I was then told there was another better engine that I could get instead but the owner would have to call me. I waited and about an hour and a half later received a voice mail stating that my receipt would not be honored and I would not be issued a refund for the money that I paid because it had been too long and I hadn't made any contact with them since purchase. I would not recommend doing any business with this company. read more

I wish zero stars was an option for AAA as a whole. The auto policy I was sold is absolutely pathetic and I have never been more disappointed with a customer service experience than right now with the claims department. The claims adjuster speaks with a degrading tone and pure carelessness. Each time he calls his contradicts the prior information and hangs up when questioned about it. Speaking with the supervisor does nothing as she defends this conduct. I will never be a AAA customer again and will never recommend it. read more

Besides having great service for planning trips and dealing with other auto issues, I love this AAA office as it has a DMV kiosk for renewing car registration. It saves hours from having to go the DMV. Plus it prints out the sticker right from the machine so no waiting for it to come in the mail. read more

Frustrating. Tried to call the location to determine if they offer passport photo services to members in an attempt to save a waited trip. Unfortunately, after calling the designated number listed for the Southwest location several times, getting busy signals when I selected travel options, and going through several cycles with their automated voice system, I just get redirected to someone trying to sell me insurance. read more

I went in to the Summerlin office to find out if I could have them transfer my pink slip from Idaho to Nevada and someone from the insurance side came over and assured me that they didn't do that. I asked if he was sure, and he was. There were three people being helped at the front desk, none of the people behind the desk even looked up at me or the other person waiting to greet us. After a few minutes I left thinking I should probably use another office where I might get some information and/or service. I thought I could do some of my DMV stuff at the AAA.
