This is the WORST most unprofessional AAA I've ever been too! They make you wait till after all the walk In's before they see those of us who had an appointment .What they tell you on the phone changes when you get there..They told us we should have gone to DMV, even though they offer DMV services and we pay for that convenience!!!.The manager and employees stand around eating cookies and bullshitting while you're waiting to be seen...I hope that this review is seen by someone there that actually cares about what the customer thinks..This place needs better management and employees! I will spread the word about how terrible this place is to anyone and everyone......the one star is only because you can't post without it.. read more

If you ae looking for a group of caring, thoughtful, kind team of workers for AAA Las Vegas, come to the Rainbow Plaza Branch. I say this because, for a number of unforeseen issues, we were 40 minutes late to our appointment. We were told that the office was completely booked until next week and that we would have to make a new appointment. Our kind receptionist said she would check with her manager; no, we would have to return at a later date. We offered to wait and be "walk-ins"; no hope for that day. As we we were preparing to leave, a lady approached us; said she was the manager of the office, Kristi, and she would take us! Really?? YES!! There are people here, at the Rainbow and Charleston Office that care, that are not afraid of extra work; that are thoughtful of others' problems and are willing to help. I went to make a yearly payment at Triple AAA in Las Vegas. I paid yearly.When I showed up to pay,I was turned away. I was told to that I didnt own anything and "wait" for the renewal letter. I told the male customer Service person that I want to pay-credit $300 to my account. He said "No,Just wait for the renewal letter. I told him that I drove to pay ahead of time. He said "I am not going to do anything". And I am deaf and i think he thinks he can talk anyway he wants. I wanted to pay ahead of time to avoid any trouble. That guy isn't even my insurance agent! When I asked how much time I had left on my account he said I had 60 days. When I went back 40 days later,I was told that my insurance has been cancelled for 25 days! Not the 60 days that Counter person said.I was lied to twice!! First I wanted to pay but he refused any payment. Then When I went to pay for the whole year,I was told it was 25 days cancelled. Not the 60 days that he told me first. Now I wanted to pay ahead of time and to credit my account,this was my whole plan to stay ahead.Now after all said and done.Triple AAA asked me if I want to credit my account for NEXT YEAR POLICY or REFUND. NOW THEY ARE ASKING ME NOW IF I WANT TO CREDIT IN MY ACCOUNT FOR NEXT YEAR? I WAS TRYING TO MAKE THAT PAYMENT BEFORE THE RENEWAL LETTER! The branch manager was no help because she will not take into account that her employee told me this...she did say "who said that?" Then when I pointed him out,she just ignored me and made it seems all the problems are on the computer and it shows that DMV send me a letter saying that I had no insurance for 25 days and they are going to fine me $200 for driving withpout car insurance that the "Said so" Insurance customer service agent who isnt even my insurance agent lying to me getting me into trouble causing me money and time. HE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT HIS COMPUTER WHEN I ASKED HIM WHEN IT WAS DUE.HE WAS IN THE WRONG! read more

Our travel counselor, Mary Falter was absolutely awesome! She assisted my husband and I with our very first cruise and made us want to leave the very next day! The office was close to home and extremely beneficial for all of our needs! The fact that she followed up with the very next day was very great! This has got to be the absolute worst experience I have had with a AAA location. First I called this location earlier in the day to ensure the services I needed were offered at this location as it is across town from me. The minute I walked in I had to initiate contact with the "welcome" podium and seemed as though I was interrupting social hour. I told them what I needed and they told me they couldn't do it since it was after 4 pm. I told him when I called it was made clear I don't get off until 4 and they assured me it was not a problem. He claimed no one in the office would say such a thing and refused to help me. I asked for his supervisor and he said I am the supervisor and said again we can't help you. Sound familiar on yelp for this location? I asked him for another solution and he said there was nothing he could do. Smh! This experience was so bad I am literally reconsidering my association with AAA. read more

This is the worse AAA ever!!!! We came to renew our cards....no problem.... We requested 14 movie tickets and were advised they can only sell us 10. No problem, we can come monday for the rest. Then, we were told they can only sell us 8, okay we can still make it work. Then we were told the rep couldn't take our credit card because she was just filling in... ummm okay... so thankfully my husband had cash....Then we were told they have no change!!!... WTF!.... okay... Another rep said they will sign us up in the front again and she could help us with the card... okay... She signed us up and the initial rep said we would just move over to the next desk.. no problem... then the second rep said to have a seat in the sitting area we would be called.... ummm again WTF...why... we were already being help. It's your store who is having the issues... she said there are people ahead of you.... that's when we decided to walk out!!!! This store has horrible customer service and just a horrible experience all around. I should have gone to another store but we were driving by and thought why not. Take your business somewhere else! I'm very disappointed about the service. Went in to use the kiosk and ended up getting a new quote. Richard was very friendly and tried his best to get me a better price than what I pay at Allstate. After the following day and being quoted about $300 more than what I'm paying, he went silent on me. Not knowing if I had insurance because I had already contacted my current agent for cancellation, I decided to reinstate Allstate. Finally had to call on Monday, where Richard admitted to not being able to get me a better deal (notice, I had to call, my emails were not getting to him, I guess). Two weeks have passed and I'm still waiting for my refund, contacted Richard via email (for tracking purposes) and no response... What happens if you get into an accident, will your agent even respond. Not sure if this is how you want to conduct business but I'm very disappointed and will never recommend your services. read more
