We have been using this company since 2020. We needed our pool re coated and had some estimates and decided to go with another company because we liked the surface and look. We just found out that this company is now refusing to open, service or close our pool!!. Talk about sour grapes. It's all or nothing with them!!! In response to the owners response- the surface we are getting doesn't cure and they are fine with others doing the service and it doesn't negate any warranty!!! He's just sore we didn't use his resurfacing!! And not to mention you just blew us off without telling us this when we told you that we were using someone else. We were waiting for a Docusign. At the end of the last season, they ended up doing a horrible service, left the pool half-closed, handles not removed, cover not cleaned, items thrown around the yard. I asked them to fix it and they didn't. I spent 4 hours getting it all fixed after paying a MUCH higher amount (because of price increases). $1,400 or so to winterize it. This season, I asked them to continue service, they said because I was not happy at the end of last season, they will not open up the pool for me. This shows how this company should not be around and perform pool maintenance services! Be careful, rude and horrible customer service, including actual pool service. read more

The crew at AAA have been taking care of our pool for over 9 years and even did a fantastic job replastering it during that time. It is one of those wonderful old plaster pools built during the sixties. They take great care of it. From opening to close, they keep it in balance, clean, and have handled any maintenance issues that have come up. The staff is very professional, courteous and respectful. I would NOT recommend this company. They serviced my pool just before Fourth of July and never checked the chemical levels in the pool before their "treatment " . The left the pool unsafe and unusable for the holiday. I had to purchase additional chemicals to neutralize what they had done. Irresponsible and incompetent, good thing I checked before my children got in the pool! read more

We have used AAA pool service since 2007 after becoming very dissatisfied with the company that designed and installed our in ground pool. AAA pool provides a great service at a very competitive price. What sets this company apart from others is that it is family run and you get instant customer service from one of the owners. I have rarely had a problem with my pool since I began using them but I can call, text or e-mail and get a response right away and in most instances they are able to come out that same day. Their service people are friendly and always do a great job.
