Yesterday they blame the customer for turning on the pump after they claims to have they did not complete the opening: Laura blamed the customer for turning on the pump after her (new) guys left with no update, so like every year we assumed it was completed. Today she is saying it the opening was complete. And threaten to let her partners know not to service us. Petty. ABC just didn't want to own up to damaging our system.

NEVER SHOWED UP! We had numerous conversations with Michelle on the phone and email. We were…read morescheduled to have a pool liner patch placed on 8/26. Gave our credit card as a deposit to hold the date... And they never showed... The day before they even emailed us confirming that we will have our pool heater cranked because their diver doesn't own a wetsuit... So we had our pool heater set to 90°... They were supposed to show at 1 PM. When they were 45 minutes late, we called and spoke to Michele and we're told that they would be there shortly... No one ever showed no one ever called... We have called numerous times with no answer... Complete waste of our time... Took a day off of work... And heated our pool for nothing. Went a great escape and mentioned our issue with this company and they said they were not surprised.!!! BEWARE!
