He was knowledgeable & removed the heavy concrete tiles & diagnosed all the problems that I was having, and rather than jumping right into a huge construction estimate, he cleaned all the areas by removing all the tiles around my 2 chimneys and 2 skylights as well as cleaning the gutter on my patio cover. All for a very reasonable price. He then gave me his card and said to get back to him if that did not solve the leak problem. The work they did has withstood all of this crazy rain we have had; the side of the house is southern facing and on the hill, so it gets beat by the wind and rain. The paint match to the house was perfect. His crew and himself were reliable, respectful, cleaned up everything after themselves, and never made a mess of my very light carpet!
