They also took the huge many of recycled boxes from my unpacking in case the company didn't take it, which happened the week prior. Insulation was scheduled for two days because you never know what they're going to come across. They finished in half a day. The difference is amazing. Titus went through the doors with me and explained everything. I asked him if I needed a bar to go in the gap for safety. He didn't even laugh and showed me that new doors have an up-and-down lock that create a claw. good to know. It was the best service I've ever had with home repair or replacements.

Window World Review First off, we do not recommend anyone…read moreusing Window World.  The salesman promised the world and the company didn't deliver on any of them.   After we signed the contract, the miserable process began.  The windows were delivered by the installation crew.  We were told all employees were Window World employees.  That was not true.  I would ask the installers a question and their response was always "I don't work for Window World, you will need to call them."  The first window they installed was broken.  They were sloppy and always in an hurry. After installation, the inspector comes.  The newly installed windows failed inspection.  How do you fail an inspection if windows is all you do !! The window installers had to come back to fix their mistakes.  The installers were always in a hurry to get done and leave.  The windows passed the second inspection.  This should never have happened. Due to the poor manufacture of the windows, 10 windows were replaced out of a total of 12 windows originally installed.  One window had to be totally removed and its replacement was installed. The windows had a black tar substance in an all white frame. No one could explain how this happened at the manufacturer. This whole process takes months to get through, while they demand payment for their services.   Communication is non existent.  They never inform the homeowner on the status.  When you do call the office, they make every excuse for their inadequacies and are very rude in their response. The process is exhausting and the customer gets worn down in trying to deal with them.  We hope this review opens the eyes for Window World and helps people searching for new windows.

My electric bill is $85 for a 2500ft home now. My experience with Ecoview has been wonderful! Our installers were SPECTACULAR. So professional. Bagged every window to minimize construction dust in my home. Vacuumed. They installed thoroughly using the correct long screws and spray foam around every window, then trim and caulk. Didn't damage any of my stucco or drywall. My windows all work great and sit squarely. No complaints at ALL about the installation or quality. Ecoview was my lowest quote for my impact windows but had the best warranty which is why I went with them. At first, the price made me nervous but now I'm so glad I didn't waste extra money with another company. The only feedback I have is that the original estimator (owners son I believe) was young and made some unprofessional comments while he was at my house. He commented about my mattress being on the floor in my room (none of his business but I was clearly moving in- I had boxes everywhere!). I also had to call to check on the status of my windows and called again to schedule. No issues there but be sure to check on things yourself if you want them done quickly! Carlos, the owner, has been spectacular. He came out to my house and met with me before I ordered. He was so thorough, knowledgeable, not sales-y. Really had a wonderful experience working with them. Still waiting on my inspections because one window was delivered to Ecoview damaged and has to be replaced- totally understandable! Space Coast Storm Shutters installed Bertha Accordion Shutters on all openings to include our doors and two Bay Windows. Their workmanship is exceptional especially on our two bay windows and they patiently went over the operation and periodic preventative maintenance of the shutters. Before selecting a contractor we got three bids and did a due diligence check on them all. Space Coast Storm Shutters passed with flying colors and are licensed and insured. We also visited three past jobs they completed and found all to be done in an excellent manner. In addition, their pricing is very competitive with the others. Finally, we just had a wind mitigation completed and received full credit which should lower our insurance premium quite a bit. Bottom line: We couldn't be more please with their excellent work and two of our neighbors seeing the job they did hired them to do their homes as well.
