Hello I just spoke to a technician named Josh today, he was spraying a customers house here in Calabasas and I respectfully stopped him to ask him a few question about some bugs I have had recently, but told him Im still searching around, I asked him some advice on some ways to get rid of them since the problem was outside and starting to have some inside, he came into my house after he got done and knew exactly what to recommend. Charged me $95 and signed me up on a quarterly plan. Never showed for quarterly service so I called months later and they tell that they have no record of my quarterly plan and the new charges will be $195. This place does not have their record keeping in order and then try to rip off a repeat customer. Call Old Reliable Pest Control, they are less half the price for the same service. read more

I am moved to rate this company because of Noah, the man who services our home on a regular basis. He let's us know when he's coming and is there when he says he will be and is the most gracious person. Even our dog who barks at everyone is happy to see him.
