He also did not give me prep instructions to vacuum, nor did he answer my questions. When I asked how long until dry. He replied: "Gosh do I have to repeat myself?" My 1st technician was Joe who was very nice. I was quoted $320 for 1st job and was told the 2nd cleaning would be cheaper since no stairs at new house & repeat customer. James arrived for 2nd job but did not honor my repeat business quote from colleague, and because I was moving out and limited on time- James took advantage and up charged me an outrageous amount.
