If this review saves one person the drive, the stress, of dealing with this s---hole of an operation, than I will consider that signing up to Yelp at 3 AM was worth it! Can you kinda' guess where this review is going? In a nutshell, here's how they operate. They get back to you quickly, courteously whether you call or express an interest via the internet. They have a very professional veneer. None of which will save you from getting low-balled for your automobile in person. I received a price range for my Toyota SUV from Joslyn. I explained to her that my price point for sales consideration needed to be near the high end of that quote. The SUV in question is a fine ride with all the bells and whistles. I implored her multiple times that I DID NOT want to waste my time making an enormous round trip if we were not in agreement about where the sales price needed to be. (Starting to figure out how this story ends?) I drive down, pink slip in hand, wife following in a supplemental vehicle because I am ready to make this deal happen. We go through a tour of their operations with Dave while the car is being checked over. Everything checks out perfectly. He literally tells me the SUV has a perfect score. Offers me $200 above the lowest value quoted by Joslyn !!! I tell him where I need to be in order to make the sale occur. He disappears for five minutes, comes back and offers another $300.00 as "the best he could do"! $500.00 above the lowest quote on a vehicle that had I sold it for the highest quote would have been a steal! One of those "let's go celebrate with champagne steals". I did not negotiate any further knowing we were so far apart. I actually didn't even make eye contact with him again. I got in the SUV, drove off, pink slip in hand...wife following to fight the brutal Friday traffic back to civilization from the ass-wipe of an industrial strip where this kill-them-with-kindness-then-just-kill-them-operation-exists. Look, I am the fourth review for this racket. If your Yelping at all...read the other reviews. It's not like we're all crazy and your experience will be different. It's hands-down, no-brainer, place to avoid unless your completely over a barrel and you simply need to unload your vehicle in order to afford a Happy Meal. I was so livid, so effen pissed off I actually screamed in the car like a nut job. I literally had to blow off steam before I could get back on the freeway without wanting to kill somebody or burn this place to the ground. My experience was so deceitful, I actually called Joslyn back from the car on the trip home to tell her what an abortion this experience was. Once again...she tried to kill me with kindness. After nursing my 18 y/o Explorer with 307K miles on it, it finally died & I had quickly to search for a replacement. Last year a friend recommended Joey Hofmann to my wife when she was looking for a new car. Our friend had been using Joey for years to purchase their vehicles. Joey did a great job assisting my wife with the purchase of a new Accord, but I was looking for a used 4x4 F150 XLT with low mileage, 3.5 Ecoboost , 10-speed transmission and max tow package. Hard to find one with these features at this time of the year, but within a week Joey found a 2017 Lariat with low mileage, set up just the way I wanted with my first choice of color, and for a comparable price of a used 2018 XLT, but with more features. When I went to see it, it was in great condition, including the tires. Aaero Sweet did an extensive inspection and owner history so I was pleased with the service. I recently sold my 2008 Harley Davidson Screaming Eagle Ultra Classic and dealt exclusively with Tammy. I just wanted to say that the entire experience was awesome! I was very reluctant at first and had some serious reservations about whether my loan would be paid off after I left my motorcycle. I had never sold a vehicle through a large dealership like this and I researched the Aaero Sweet Company through the Better Business Bureau to find an "A" rating. Tammy worked very hard to reassure me that the loan would be paid off and I was given a very fair price for my bike. She was very professional and patient. All I can say is that I've used this company over the years because they have always done right by me. They took care of business, took on all the responsibility in a professional manner, bought my vehicles for a fair price. Ww were looking for a good pre-owned car, but wanted a lot of perks with it. Joey was able to find our car right away. It was loaded with everything we asked for, in the color requested, and had very low mileage. It took a little time for it to get here as it was in another state. We didn't have to pay for the shipping, as we were given the option of declining the car if it didn't meet our specifications. Within three weeks of first contacting Joey Hoffman, he located a 2013 Chevy Tahoe that exceeded my expectations and I drove the car home the very next day. At their request, I submitted a credit application so they could work up financing options. After my credit was run, I was told my score came back much lower than what I am seeing from all three bureaus on my end. I politely asked for a copy of the credit report they pulled for my records, which is a normal request when your credit is run, but I never received a response. I also followed up to ask what the minimum down payment would be to make the deal work, as I was willing to consider that option, and I did not receive a response to that either. I understand that my deal structure (negative equity and zero down) may have made things more difficult, and I was open to waiting a few months if needed. That part was not the issue. The issue was the lack of follow-up and communication after my credit was pulled. As someone who has worked in sales for over 20 years, communication and follow-up matter. Even if the deal can't be done right now, customers still deserve clear communication and closure.

I literally called before driving all the way from South Orange County to see a car that the salesman said was there. After arriving, sure enough the car was not there. Drove well over an hour to get here just to be given a story about why the car isn't there. Really disappointed. There is no respect for one's time at this business.
