The lease offers were expensive and the exact vehicle I wanted was not available. I created a "build" of my desired vehicle and contacted LeaseHero, along with other lease brokers. Justin responded promptly and with a straight forward quote. While a lease on a built leaves even less room for negotiation, his quote beat all dealer offers by an appreciable amount. The vehicle was delivered 10 weeks later as built, right on Christmas Eve day. While there were minor hiccups during document signing at the dealer, this was out of Jason's control. Even the dreaded finance-manager psychological colonoscopy was rather smooth: I got offered only one add-on maintenance service; I declined it and there was no pressure added or additional services offered, just as Justin had advised. Bottom line: If you want a no-frills, clean cut leasing process, this is the way to go. Don't expect hand-holding and make sure you know what you want. Jason will make it happen.

If you want someone else to do all the legwork and not have the stress of negotiating with a salesman, this is the route to go. I had several car models in mind and Evan took all my requirements down and he quickly came back with some cars for me. I wanted to test drive them which he arranged with the dealerships fleet mgr. let me tell you that was great because I didn't have to worry about the salesman trying to sale me their car. I just showed up and drove the car then left. Evan was so patient with me as I had changed my mind a few times. He walked me through looking at some comparisons and I finally made my choice with the 2026 Lexus RX350 Hybrid. He even helped me with deciding whether to use my old car for a trade in. When I saw I wasn't getting a good trade in amt, he suggested taking it to Carmax for a quote. In the end I went that way since I didn't want to hassle with selling the car on my own. I sold it to Carmax and didn't have to spend time trying to haggle with a buyer. The best part was the new car was delivered to my house and it was quick and painless.
