I had one of the worst dealership experiences here, and it all came down to the finance department…read more The salesperson and I agreed on a price of $16,600, and I spent hours at the dealership providing my personal information and allowing them to run my credit. After all of that, the finance manager came in and told me that the agreement I had with the salesperson "wasn't a deal" because it wasn't on paper. Apparently, their word means nothing unless it's already signed. To make matters worse, I was already paying about $4,000 more than a very similar cargo van at the dealership next door. The salesperson convinced me to buy this one instead because they said they'd take care of a mechanical issue with the van. Once the finance manager got involved, she said they weren't going to fix it. The entire negotiation fell apart over roughly $400. Instead of trying to earn my business, I was told they weren't going to "bend over backwards" for me and that if I didn't like it, I could go buy the other van. That's exactly what I ended up doing. There were also several charges and explanations that raised red flags. I was told the lender required a pre-installed GPS, which they wanted to charge me $900 for. Then I was told that if I used one of their lenders, the vehicle price would increase because the lender charges them a fee. I've financed vehicles before and had never encountered those explanations. The finance manager's attitude made the situation even worse. Instead of listening or trying to work toward a solution, she was dismissive, argumentative, and repeatedly contradicted what had already been discussed with the salesperson. At one point, I was made to feel like I wasn't a serious buyer despite spending hours there, providing all my information, and allowing a hard credit inquiry. The salesperson actually had the deal moving in the right direction, but once finance took over, everything unraveled. I left feeling like my time had been wasted. There are plenty of dealerships in the area competing for your business. If you're looking for transparency, respect, and consistency, I'd recommend shopping around before committing to this one.

When my license plates and registration got to my home there was no tag sticker Talked to a female that called for a follow up on my purchase said she would do what she could to get the charges discounted back to me but then I haven't heard any since. The test drive didnt include me going on the highway to test drive because the sales man gave me the directions and im not from the area Well.... the tires needed to balanced because the truck shakes while on the highway. I really feel like I was dooped into buying it I asked them to remove the charges but they said it was too late. They had already done it and it cost too much to take the device off I paid 12k for a truck advertised at 8900 no mention of the extras The woman never called me back. I am so disappointed with the employees there I would never buy another vehicle from them again and dont recommend them to anyone. I in a text to richard asked to have a full tank of gas and he said yes. Yet when I got into the vehicle to come home it only had an 8th of a tank and it was too late to complain. The ac needs to be repaired because there a loud noise coming from under the dash. Im so disappointed in the salesmanship it this car lot. Please call me to fix this issue If you look at your paperwork it shows 500 I paid for with some bogus product I have no choice if I wanted it or not. And the tracking device was over 1000 and again I made it clear to Richard I dont need the tracker he responded with the same response "it will cost more money to take it off than.it did to put them on" Lie after lie Im requesting and even number to refund me and its over 500 for the paint and over the 1000 for the tracking device.
