I was told that I would be contacted by their staff the next Monday or so for pick up and payment. By Wednesday, there was no contact. I sent text and left phone messages trying to to establish contact. Finally, a week later, I got a message that they couldn't find anyone to pick up my car. These guys are the worst company to deal with. Kia and Hamza are completely unreliable. I was helping my mom sell her car, and these guys made an offer. They then decreased the offer by 3,500 once we locked in to working with them. We reluctantly agreed so we didn't have to start over somewhere else. They then told us they cancelled the contract they sent us because they needed to send a new contract. After that they went completely silent. They didn't answer the dealership phone, the phone they would text us one. They would only text saying they'd call back, or get the new contract out right away. This is after Kia gave his word that they'd close after a contract is signed. I'd recommend staying clear of these guys. They'll try to hook you in with a good initial offer, to then lower it once you agree to work with them. I leased a brand new Porsche Macan and after driving it for 2 months I decided I didn't find it very comfortable and wanted to switch it for another brand. It only had a few hundred miles on it, in pristine condition, basically brand new and Car Trackers came through with a solid deal, $6k over what I paid for it (they paid off the lease amount plus $6k). I had a terrible experience with Car Trackers. They asked me to send a screenshot of a recent dealer offer so they could try to beat it. I sent them exactly what they requested, but instead of honoring their own words, they turned around and sent me a generic message claiming I had "decided not to sell" to them. Completely false and insulting. This was nothing more than a waste of time and shows how unprofessional and misleading their process is. I have screenshots of the entire exchange that prove how they toyed with me, and I'll be sharing them so others don't get misled the same way. This Service / Place ROCKS - Along with many reviews k was skeptical at first ask I was contacted directly after posting my vehicle (2015 Cadillac in great condition) by Alex (awesome guy, honest, got back to me FAST, made it all easy). At first I didn't accept their offer although decent and way higher than CarMax, Cargurus, etc. I thought I could get a couple G's extra selling on my own, but after a few weeks dealing with flakey private sellers I was over it, Alex got me a really decent offer and circumvented the headache of continuing with direct buyers, the money wired into my account at point of pickup (after I had FaceTimes before-hand) and BOOM the deal was done - I legit thought it must have been some sort of scam at first bc of how easy they made if, but they are LEGIT I'm already redeeming my neighbors and Alex (and the pickup guy) were AWESOME I don't understand why they aren't more on the radar, way better offers than CarGurus, CarMax, etc. I'm guessing the 1/5 reviews are from people who dilly-dally on signing the agreement - I signed it timely and they stuck to it... if you delay tryign to sell your car, they will lower it - they lowered mine and rightfully so because I waited 3 weeks to accept, but still feel great about it and the ease of the process is just refreshing. I have to give Car Trackers a thumbs down on this experience. I submitted a contact form through a social media platform, and while someone did reach out to me, the process was frustrating and inconsistent. From the start, I was told that the transport driver would not leave with my truck until the money was in the bank. However, that didn't happen--the company didn't even seem aware that the driver had arrived for pickup. I was also told that the payoff would happen within 30 minutes of confirming the pickup. When that didn't happen, I reached out to the sales representative, who then told me that once they confirmed the vehicle was in the lot, the payoff would be processed within 30 minutes. Again, that never happened. After calling again, I was given yet another explanation--this time, I was told that they only process payoffs on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I should contact the payoff department with any questions. When I did, the payoff department had no knowledge of what I was told and stated that the payoff actually happens 10 days after they receive the car. I have text messages proving the sales rep initially said 30 minutes, yet now he denies ever saying that. I suppose I must be imagining things. This entire process has been misleading, frustrating, and poorly handled. This is the first time using them and the inconsistencies from the staff will prevent me from using them again when there are dozens of options. read more

Easily 5 stars from beginning to end. First off, for anyone that is looking to sell your car, there's different avenues. We started by looking at cars for sale on CarGurus to see how much the car is being sold for by dealerships. Next, we check the KBB my car value and sign up for their authorized dealer / buyers to send offers. Next, check Carvana and lastly CarMax. I'm sure there's a few more but these were my choices. After some research, we had a set number in mind and Car Trackers came through to match that number after a little bit of back and forth (this was after doing a zoom video call to show the condition of the car inside and out.). Make sure to cut the BS, be transparent about any dings or dents as we sure did. After we agreed on a price to sell the car, the process was quick and efficient. I provide the loan number for their to pay off the remaining balance and they sent the remainder to me via wire transfer within 1 business day. Some paperwork signed electronically and they proceeded to send the DMV paperwork via overnight mail. We signed and overnighted back. We got a call a few days later from the transport / shipping company and they picked up the car to be shipped from NorCal to SoCal. After another week, we received notification that our loan was officially paid off by CT. Since then, no issues and we would totally go through this process with CF again if we need to sell a car as their offer beat out Carvana, CarMax, and local dealerships through KBB. read more
