Getting an appt was easy, I called in & they gathered my info to send me a quote. I got a quote via text that I accepted to set the appt. There's no waiting room, so you do have to drop off the car & head elsewhere to wait. I had a scheduled maintenance done, and it was ready before the end of day. Upon pickup they explained what was done & made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. All the staff was SUPER nice! Definitely recommend.

I equate this experience to an ER visit. The office manager phoned me back to give me the Dr's findings. As feared, The transmission was DOA. Parts were scarce. The"good news was that the baby could be saved for a mere $5,000.00. I was stunned and could not breathe. I went into denial and various other stages of grief and asked If I could think it over. Honestly, I should have called them back much faster than I did. Life is tough and I'm doing my level best. I was contacted by a gruff office manager who had mistaken me as a deadbeat not as a "grieving parent". I was shocked by the tone and inflexibility and was then ordered to get my vehicle immediately of it would be towed. No options were offered to me. I paid the surgeon 100 plus dollars who then quickly dismissed me as the perceived deadbeat and briskly hung up. The solution, I'd recommend that some kind of sensitivity training be mandated just so the office manager would have an opportunity to begin to heal and feel better.

I got an oil change from them and they told me that I would have to wait until September 30th to get a specialist to look at my car. They let me know they believed it was either I needed a new transmission or possible engine problems on a SUV with 70k miles. I googled around for a transmission place and read the reviews on Speedy and they were good so I decided to take a shot with them. When I got there the office manager was a young man who was extremely polite and professional. He let me know they would do a diagnostic check on the transmission and listen for the noise. After about 45 minutes the owner Luis called me over and let me know that he thinks that the car just needed transmission fluid. He let me know he put a clamp on the hose to stop it from leaking and then we got into the car and took it for a test ride. There was no more noise and the car was not jumping every time I stepped on the gas. Luis charged me $80 for everything. I thanked him for his honesty because he easily could have told me I needed a new transmission. The Ford dealership wanted to charge me $150 each for a diagnostic check on the engine and transmission. How could they not see that it needed fluid. Well they have just lost a customer and Speedy and Luis have just gained a new one. The icing on the cake is after talking with Luis and his son (office manager) we realized we are from the same area in Florida and we lived about 7 minutes apart. Great to see another Florida person. However my car suffered from this place so i had taken my car to another repair shop but because of the costs i didnt want to pay 12k so speedys actually towed the car for me to their shop and said the could do it for damn near half of the other shop price. I paid roughly 6-7k to obtain a used engine with 32k miles on it . Took a while but i didnt want to rish them since it was a big job. They also replaced my catalytic converters for like 1500$ I should have just spent the 12k with theother shop because after taking it back to speedys three times because my coolant alert kept popping up and it was literally draining out of the car. I knew something was wrong . They said they didnt see anything only for the car to begin blowing out a bunch of smoke from under the engine and the check engine light came on. I literally spent an additional 8k to fix what this place messed up. I should have reported this place to the attorney general's office since the other shop stated everything wasn't even in spec . As a place that does emissions i could have had the shut down but only because they were nice i didn't make the call. I should have taken it to court but again they can read about it here on this review . I would not recommend any foreign car owner to take your car here theres clearly a lack of knowledge and understanding. I have an audi A8 btw. Never again

Within ten minutes they told me they could inflate the tires and that my battery level was low. I asked them if they could replace the battery right there and they said of course. It took about half an hour for the battery to get delivered to the shop and for them to replace it! I was out of there in less than an hour. Seriously great service by these guys. They get you in and out quickly while performing high quality service on your car. Highly recommend this place for an auto repair shop.

Rich arranged to tow her car to the shop, diagnose the problem, and fix. He called me to let me know her car had also gone out of inspection, so he took care of that and a few other problems as well--keep in mind, he did ALL of this before ever even asking us for a credit card #, just based on our phone call. After, he drove the car home to my MIL, then took her back to the shop so she'd know how to get there when/if she needed anything else done. Felt like we had a member of the family helping us.
