To get an accurate understanding of how dishonest and predatory this business is particularly when it comes to women sort the reviews by looking at the lowest reviews. On Sunday, I had my vehicle towed to this shop. My AC had stopped working and after driving for sometime fumes started coming from the front of the car and liquids were dripping from the bottom of the car. When my car got brought in, I called and explained exactly that. They told me it would cost about $67 to do a diagnosis of the issue. The next day, Tim called me and said the issue is my radiator and I needed to replace the radiator. He told me the total cost would be $764. I told him I would call back because I wanted to get a second opinion. I wanted to get a second opinion because this past December I brought my car in to them because my AC/ heater was not working. Then I paid them over $600. Now six months later I was having the same issues. Because I couldn't move the car to another mechanic, I contacted a mobile mechanic. In my messages to the mobile mechanic I said the same thing that I told this business. My AC stopped working and the car started fuming. In the end, I could not coordinate a time with the mobile mechanic due to work, so I decided to go with Myers. The next day I called them to okay the service. Tim now quotes $849, instead of the $764 he originally told me. I explained to him that was not the price he quoted me before. I wrote the price down, but he lied and said it was what he told me. I negotiated the price to $813 because I just wanted my car fixed. I okayed the service after he assured me he did a diagnostic and the issues would be fixed. Of course, I'm thinking the AC would also be fixed. When they called me to say the car is ready. My sister goes to pick up the car and had me on facetime. The very first thing I asked her to do was to check the AC before paying. LO AND BEHOLD THE AC WAS NOT FIXED. When I brought this issue up. They lied that I never mentioned the issue with my AC. We are in the peak of the summer, Why would I not mention my AC not working??? Also, why would I mention it to the mobile mechanic (see my screenshots) and not mention it to Myers, the people who have my car and are fixing my car???? Instead of them admitting their error. They tried to charge me an additional $1000 to fix the AC talking about there is an issue with the AC compressor. So they wanted me to pay a total of $1800!!!! They are ridiculous. Of course I contested this. I called Neil Myers the owner to resolve the issue cordially. To my surprise he started yelling at me and threatening me that "he knows my type" and that if I don't pay in cash I will not get my car. It was so TRAUMATIZING. I never had a business owner speak to me like that, especially when it is THEIR ERROR. The way he spoke to me I was scared because like I said my younger sister was there alone. So I immediately left work to go there myself. Then Brandon (Myers??) got involved and again instead of rectifying the situation and admitting their error also lied that I never told them. So he called me stating the call is being recorded. Then it was clear he was trying to create a recording to cover themselves legally. He also tried to tell me that I needed to pay in cash or certified check before they release my car. I called them out that it is against the law if it was not previously disclosed to the customer. In the end, I paid $749, instead of $813 because Brandon said he would give me a "discount". I found it laughable that he thought that would be sufficient to rectify the fact that I paid $749 to "fix" a radiator that is sold on amazon for less than $99 and my AC is still not working. I don't recommend this business to anyone. Also by the way the positive reviews are doctored. As a first time customer they will harass you for days to leave a review, which I am assuming why so many people feel compelled to leave these 4 star reviews. But trust me don't patronize this business!

I personally recommend this place because it is an honest mechanic shop that offers terrific services at a reasonable price. While waiting for our car to be finished, I've witnessed several customers thanking Mr. Jung for the reasonable price. I've been to the shop several time in the last couple of years, and Mr. Jung was consistently courteous and friendly with his customers. I understand that going to a car mechanic can be a very frustrating experience. In most places, it usually takes very long, and the cost can be very damaging. But this shop is really not that bad compared to other mechanic shops I've been to. Just call ahead to make an appointment, and Mr. Jung will do everything he can to accommodate your needs. Even with negative reviews, this shop still has a 4 star rating. Why? Because the overwhelming majority of the customers were completely satisfied with the services and gave it 5 stars. I have visited this shop twice to confirm my "car problems" that were reported on two separate occasions by Midas and Jiffy Lube, both of which gave me an estimated quote in excess of $1000. Both of these times, I came out of Precision Tune Auto Care with a $20ish charge for an oil change. Enough said. I'm really sick and tired of the scamming by car mechanics and to know that I'm at peace of mind when I go to this shop makes it well worth the trip to go out to Clinton to get my car serviced. As for customer service, recently, the owner's son, CJ, offered me food from the lunch he ordered for his employees (Pizza Hut) when I went in to get new brakes. Wow. What car center does THAT??!?!!! If I were to say anything negative.....it's that CJ may give "preferential" treatment to some customers. On my recent visit, a mother of a girl who came out on America's Next Top Model came to get her car serviced. Once CJ saw the model's pic in the mom's phone, he was in full gear: he chat her up like no other, opened the store door for her as she exited, opened her car door, and made 3 customers wait in line for 10 minutes while he chatted with her outside at her car. The daughter was smoking hot. YEP. Beauty goes a long way. YEP. Can't fault him for trying to score points with mum. YEP. Bah. I visited the shop when she picked her vehicle up and I asked to see the old part, they supplied the old part and when asked what was wrong with it they said it had cracks in it, I guess they expected me to agree with there diagnostics but it clearly could have gone at least another 150,000 miles based on the condition it was in. this diagnostic would be like telling you to replace your 40,000 mile tires in 5000 miles. The service writer said your wife approved it and I gasped, you think my wife has a clue if they were selling her a repair she did not need. they apparently are not your advacate but are relying on you just agreeing with them and taking it, after all its not their money. I wanted the job done quickly and efficiently so that I could get my car back on the road otherwise I wouldn't be able to move forward with the rest of my work in business meetings they were very understanding of that and made sure that they did everything to accomplish it and exceeded my expectations I have absolutely nothing horrible to say about them because they're such wonderful folks and apparently they've been in business for a very long time and they know what they do and they're good at it. I asked if he was the owner because he just had that commanding presence that most owners possess & I wanted to speak with him directly. I informed Mr. John about why I came to his shop and truly appreciated the time and care he put into servicing my vehicle to ensure that it was safe. He told me that he could tell I took care of it, and that for its age, it was in great shape. Mr. John even went the extra mile (see what I did there, haha) and showed me some things that were worn and would eventually need repair. This was great info, not only so I know what to expect for a future visit to my local auto repair shop but also because I decided to have some of the work performed that same day. I felt it was wise to get it out of the way and not have to worry about anything breaking while on the road.
