I called Mercedes to see if they do body work and they recommended me to a collision place "they use". After reading their reviews, I knew I was NOT going there. I did a search and found a Touch of Class Collision. I called, and the staff was friendly attentive and caring. The young man who drove me to the rental place was so friendly and professional as well. Yesterday, 4 February, I finally picked up my car. It took a while but that was because the other insurance company took their time to get adjusters etc. When I got there, Gabe came out to greet me, they pulled my Alpine white, 300C up and I was floored. It looked like a brand new car, like it had come out of the showroom. Gabe explained the work they did and that the impact was much more that it showed superficially. The inside was spotless, the trunk, glove compartment everything was just spotless and so clean. This morning my dad went to charge the battery and he said even the engine is spotless and so clean. The body is shiny and brand new looking and they also left a tube of paint just in case:). I highly recommend A Touch of Class Collision. Gabe is super and the staff is amazing. Hello I had you apply your product to my 2012 White Chevy Tahoe last November 22 2025…read more I have to tell you, whenever I drive in the rain for any distance, more is worse. I literally need my truck detailed. As the product you applied somehow ends up all over both sides of the Tahoe. Only WD-40 will remove it. Then it has to be washed and waxed again. Whatever that product is, doesn't stay on the undercarriage. I just ran a car fax on the truck and finally see your info to say something. What a waste of 600 dollars!
