The actual process of getting my windshield replaced and the customer experience were ok. However, the inside of my car was covered in shards of rusted metal. So while they replaced my windshield, the inside of my car was left a mess. I'm not sure how someone can use a metal grinder on a car without a windshield and not think to clean the inside of it, but that's what happened. Terrible customer service. Made a Sat. 7:30 am appt. Asked how long it would take and was told 45 min to 1 hour. Showed up on time, checked in and was told to pull into the garage. When I went to pull into the garage I was waved off by a worked and told to park in the street. I parked and then walked over to the garage and told him I had a 7:30 am appointment. He said there were 4 people ahead of me. I asked how long it would take and he said he couldn't tell me. I asked for an estimate and he said, "as soon as the cars in front of you are finished." I said "please, I have an appointment that I cannot miss and I just need to know if I can wait around or if I have to leave." I was told it would be at least a 90 minute wait (and probably longer), plus the one hour install time. When I inquired at the office about the cars in front of me and the extra time, I was brushed off. They clearly do a massive business. Since I was unable to wait that long, I had to leave. As I left, there were 4 other people standing around wondering the exact same thing as me. If you have nothing but time, don't mind the wait and the lousy customer service, I'm sure you get what you need at a good price. My time is valuable and I wasted an hour there and back and came back empty handed. Do you remember the days when someone would say, "I'm sorry about the confusion." Glass is glass. Scheduling was quick and easy, done when they said, less money than competitors, service was great (they found me a cheap repair for a side mirror vs. replacing whole assembly - it no longer heats but $25 vs $650...). The guys even used their power wrench to switch my license plate - which I hadn't been able to do - not their job but jus part of extraordinary service. Someone broke my rear window last night and I needed a repair asap. I called 3-4 places and most of them didn't have a window in stock or gave me a ridiculous quote. Someone smashed my windshield for the fun of it and everywhere I looked into and called wanted $450+ to replace it with a 3-4 day window, Aaron was able to take me the day I called . Had a few friends recommend Aaron Auto Glass and they quoted me for $206 with labor/installation. Great price and good work. It even comes with a lifetime warranty if there's any problems with the labor. I've had to bring it in twice for warranty work but they're very professional and extremely nice (I get it things happen and no one is perfect.) They even follow up with you via text if you have issues and they want to make sure you're satisfied. I'm unsure why people are saying the people at the front desk are rude as they've been nothing but extremely kind and courteous every time I've been here. They pretty much can take you as long as you bring your car in before 4pm Mon- Sat and before 3pm on Sunday. I'll always take my cars to Aaron if I ever need replacement/repairs. They have a small tv in the waiting room (very low to no volume) they also have stacks of magazines to read but bring a book or something to watch Netflix with headphones. I needed the front windshield replaced. Very friendly and well priced. Polite on the phone...got a follow-up text regarding their price-match policy, and quick to get the car in when I arrived. Waiting area is large where you can observe people busy behind the counter. Plenty of good conversation to hear and be a part of. Two vending machines for your convenience and clean bathrooms. They even have a nice station for kids to color and magazines to choose from. I had to have my front windshield replaced. They came out to the mechanic shop where I was having an oil change and did it there. When I got my I did notice that the one side of the window seal was a little loose, so I called them back and they had someone come out to my house to fix it. Everything was perfect. I was quoted a price for a rear-passenger side window on my Nissan Juke for $125 fully installed. I told them it was a clear window. When I got there they said they didn't have a clear window and would need to order them. Then they told me my price was $175 to replace the window ($165) after presenting an online coupon. Nothing more annoying than being quoted a wrong price and going to this location specifically because they said they had a clear window in stock they could install. They acted like they had no idea where the $125 quote came from. I'm a professional, and I don't lie. I would never do business at this place again. Dominique from Aaron glass was so helpful and accommodating. I had to reschedule my appointment multiple times but even still, she managed to squeeze me in an hour before they closed in a Saturday. Although they didn't have the exact type of window I had originally requested, Aaron glass offered to either 1) give me a temp replacement until they got a new window ordered/delivered or 2) give me a tinted window for the originally quoted price (which was at least $300 cheaper than the first quote I got from safelight). I ended up going with #2 just because my car is old and I didn't care about the tint on a rear passenger side window. The tint was not too dark or too shabby!! I also thought it was so kind of them to offer a temp replacement and still provide the cheapest price for a brand new window (including, not only the cost of the window, but the installation/labor as well). I finally got my car back after 2 hours but was dissatisfied with the outcome. Not only did they stain the inside paneling with black adhesive, they didn't install the windshield molding properly too. I was in a hurry to get to work and didn't realize the issues right away. I brought the car back and spoke to the manager and he refused to fix the molding without charging me more money. And when I asked they clean the black adhesive, they only made it worse. We called this morning to see if they could replace the windshield to my boyfriend's Jeep Wrangler Unlimited as it got cracked. They said they could for around &145 and it would take an hour. Not only did it take them over 2.5 hours, they spilled something all over the car (we literally just had it washed inside and out prior to coming to Aaron's Auto Glass), they didn't put my boyfriend's $4,000 light bar back on properly, they broke a cord to his light bar, and are now refusing any responsibility for their mistakes. I would not recommend this business as they are dishonest and do not stand behind their work. After searching high and low and getting CRAZY high estimates on a Back (not rear) window for my 2009 Saab 9-5 Aero (a rare car) and being told that it couldn't be found, the people at Aaron Glass, said yes we've got that, and then quoted me a price that was definitely accessible - AND they could install it as soon as I could get there. They installed a new window (not from a junk lot as others had been telling me) while I waited in their waiting room, watching the staff there having a great time laughing and joking together. The guys who did the work were courteous, answered my questions and installed a spotless new window. Safelite quoted me over $1100 (!) ... IF they could find a replacement at all. Aaron Glass vacuumed most of the glass from the interior and trunk, though they missed some that fell out of places hidden in the lining. But I got no real complaints.
