When I left to go walk our dog this morning, there was a lot of broken glass is our gangway. I couldn't see any broken windows. I took another look when it was light out and I noticed on the second floor there was a window missing. Our house is over 100 yrs old there are a few plain glass windows on the outside of some leaded glass windows. As I figured, the caulking was just so old the one window pane just fell out. I called All American Glass when they opened and spoke to the owner, Shehab. He came out around 10am, put in new glass and also recaulked the other side so that window wouldn't blow out too. Had 2 pieces of broken glass that needed to be repaired on double hung windows. Found AAG and contacted them because of their great reviews on Yelp. Someone came out the same day and while I didn't shop around, the cost to repair seemed reasonable. Came back a week later and completed the installation. Made sure the job was done right and things looked great. Also had a random glass request to replace a part of a cabinet with glass. Helped me get an opaque peice cut and installed as well when the glass was fixed in the windows. Great experience. Hopefully, I don't have any more broken windows but they would be a go to for this repair. read more

Absolutely stellar. Polite and friendly, he gave me an estimate via txt and scheduled a time on a Monday to measure the window in person. Showed up on time, measured the window, and confirmed the estimate. Wrote out an invoice, took a deposit, and said the glass would be ordered by Friday. On Friday he showed up on time, installed the windows, end of story. We were missing a pane of glass in an old window frame in a building we own. I was dragging my feet on fixing it because I thought it would be a pain. Wow was I wrong! It was all of about 5 hours total from the time I made a call to All American Glass to the time our new window was installed. They were able to come over shortly after I called to take a look and provide a quote. I approved right away as the price seemed very reasonable. My condo building is about 13 years old, and several windows in each of the 6 units needed replacing as the seals had broken in them. The window frames were fine, it was only the glass which needed replacing. Enter Shehab and his company, All American Glass. It took some time for the condo association to approve the work, and Shehab was incredibly patient with us - returning several times to give quotes for separate units. When the day came to fit the glass, he worked quickly and quietly. He takes the window unit to his van to replace the glass, so the amount of work done inside the property is minimal, but dust sheets were used so there was no mess to clean up at all. I was very, very impressed with his professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work. If you need new windows, i highly recommend using All American Glass as opposed to replacing the entire window frame - which is very costly. read more

Seriously - I wish all tradesmen were this awesome. Shehab the owner knows how to run a great business. I've used All American twice over the past 2.5 years. First job was to replace 6 window panes with broken seals (which resulted in permanent stains/fogging between the panes). It was about $150/pane (large windows). Second job was to replace another pane in a smaller window. The experience both times was excellent. - VERY responsive - he calls back quickly, is flexible with appointments - Quick turnaround, my needs were not urgent, I think the glass was ready after a week, not sure what the turnaround would be if it was an emergency - He moves quickly on the job, but does quality work and doesn't leave a mess. He even helped make a few minor adjustments to my window locks (for free) - Great quality panes - I've had zero problems with the work done 2.5 yrs ago If you need glasswork - this is your guy. I called Shehab a few days ago and left a message requesting a proposal to replace a cracked laminate glass panel on the canopy outside the building I work for. Shehab called me back not long after, was friendly, professional and gave me an estimate right over the phone from dimensions given. I was very impressed that they came out the same day the estimate was approved, arriving an hour later.
