I just want to thank the entire staff at Aaron's Affordable Auto Repair for turning my bad situation around! My car began failing as I was getting off the freeway and as I drove further down Miracle Mile, I knew it was beginning to stall so I drove into the parking lot of Aaron's, remembering there was a mechanic there. I walked in and explained my car was breaking down and asked if they could fix it. I did not have an appointment, and was a first-time client, but they took my car and had it fixed with a new alternator within two hours, including having a part delivered. I truly am grateful my car stalled near your shop and it's been working great for the past month since the incident. The office manager was also very kind to me and explained things very plainly and gave me options to make things more affordable, and made recommendations on things I should fix in the future which were not urgent. They saved me money from having the car towed to my usual mechanic and I'd definitely go back and recommend to others that the place is run fairly. read more

Found my go to mechanical place to go to ; I didnt get my car worked on but i did get a diagnostics done on it & i am very pleased and happy with what aaron had to say . And i will say his labor price wasnt to bad if he was going to do the work he told me that needed done . I don't trust them any more. Keep a very close eye on them if they work on your vehicle. Tried to tell me that I needed repairs that I had already done, and a prior visit resulted in charges for work that was not completed. I used to trust Aarons, but will never go back or recommend them again. read more

We had a person back into by wife's car and the ghosted us. It's an older car but in good shape and low miles. I had quotes in the $5 to 6000 dollar range to fix that damage and some other thing that over the years had happened. Aaron's fixed and painted about 50% of the car and blended in and polished out the paint. Quality of the work was top notch. The car looks new. And ended up owing only $2600. We are berry happy with the quality of the work and the were done before the estimated time frame. You should check them out next time you need body work. C&B read more

I drove by Aaron's Affordable Automotive Repair because of their new sign. I stopped by and was greeting by the owner. Really friendly guy. Aaron was awesome! At first I was quoted $600 for work and then we kept talking and we discussed what we could do and I was given some options. I ended up only paying $312. Not saying this is common or not but I came out with an awesome deal and the Quality was there which is what is most important. I HIGHLY Recommend Aaron's Affordable Automotive Repair! I dropped off my car to have ERG valve replaced, took 6 days to get new part and put in. Mechanic and owner drove my car around town I was told to see if check engine light would come back on. When I picked up my Dodge Charger, it was very low on fluids,driver side seat motor now won't work to move seat closer,as well as a wonderful dent on my Driver's side door and black smudges down passenger side deep in paint! Unfortunately I have serious health issues that landed myself in hospital the very next day. 11 days later drove my car to pickup my prescriptions and it overheated and boiled over all my coolant I just put in. Very disappointed and discouraged to take my baby somewhere to pay almost 700.00 as a single mother,to have more issues then when I started. read more

I do not recommend this auto shop. We took one of our cars in to Aaron's after the front bumper was damaged on the passenger side. We went through our insurance, they said they would look at the entire area to make sure it wasn't just the exterior that was damaged. They did the job and as we were driving the car home we heard something in the front passenger wheel well. We got out examined it and saw that there was a strip of plastic from the wheel well not bolted in, rubbing against the tire with every turn. We parked, went to look further and examined that the wiper fluid reservoir was also not fixed which resides under the bumper on the side that took the damage. We took the car back to Aaron's right when they opened and said it would cost another $180 to fix the wiper fluid reservoir claiming it wasn't due to the accident. (Really? It was holding wiper fluid before the accident, now it isn't.) In regard to the plastic that they didn't finish bolting in, the man just ripped it off. They didn't offer to take it to the back and look and see if they could plug the wiper fluid reservoir after obviously not finishing the first job. I don't see how they could claim the wiper fluid plug wasn't jarred lose due the accident when it resides exactly where the damage was. Absolutely ridiculous. They lack accountability and responsible workmanship. read more

Aaron is a Fraud. Replaced my engine. When I picked up my truck it had no power, lifters knocking. Reported to Aaron and he said to bring it back so he can replace it again, I painted the block to see if he would really do it. 4 days later he said it was done. I noticed it still has no power and the lifters still knocked. There was an over spray all over my truck, when they tried to take it off the windshield it looked like they took sandpaper to it. When I reported it to Aaron he said you can take it anywhere you want but all I'll give you is $140. He never offered or said I'll take care of it, which he should've of. When I got home I looked at the same paint on the block. Reported to Aaron and nothing. $5000 and all I have is a truck that knocks, overheats when pulling a utility trainer with no power. Run, don't stop at this shop. After a few years I think I'll report it to the attorney General's office for fraud. Notice how he will never contact me like how the good reviews. He knows what he did. read more

I recently had my truck in at Aaron's for a diagnostic because it simply would not run. I believe it was a Friday when towed to the shop. I picked it up the following Thursday after Aaron's replaced the Power Distribution Center (main fuse-box under the hood). I drove it home after fueling and putting air in the tires. The following morning the truck would not start. Later that day it started having no trouble. This was a Friday. The ensuing Tuesday at a friend's place it failed to start once again. After approximately 30 minutes it started. I drove back across town and while at a traffic light I heard a loud "bang" and thought someone had rear-ended me/ the truck but in fact the engine compartment was on fire. After the fire and subsequent extinguishing of same by the fire department personnel the vehicle is totally inoperable and a total loss. My intent is to inform. I believe the maintenance done at or by the techs at Aaron's had a part in the outcome. The extent of damage to the vehicle from the fire prevents any means I have of investigating this belief. Anyway, what could they do- get me another truck??!! There's nothing anyone could do about it and I don't expect a thing from Aaron's. I'm not saying or implying that another repair shop would've done any different or better. I am providing what happened as a record because it's all I can do. Good luck. read more

While passing through Tucson, my Father-in-law broke down in one of my vehicles. The tow truck driver took him to Aaron's Affordable Auto Repair. The staff was absolutely amazing. They knew my Father-In-Law was on the road and needed same day service. They completed the repair promptly and at a very reasonable rate. Really nice folks, seemed super conscientious the many times they worked on my once-damaged Jetta. I had such confidence in them until my car totally DIED in the middle of the California freeway. Oops they forgot to remind me to replace the timing belt. But hey, I got $250 in trade-in towards the new car I had to buy in the middle of my vacation.
