Called the shop and spoke with Jake about a list of items I needed completed on my 2013 Ford Flex ecoboost, they had me scheduled for drop off within a few days. This was the absolute best experience I have ever had with an automotive shop, they stayed in communication with me about everything! I received a phone call to advise of all issues that were found, he broke down the entire parts list and labor costs, gave me options as far as replacement went regarding OEM parts or aftermarket options and gave me his recommendations for each one. Never once tried to upsell or recommend things that weren't needed right now, he did advise of items that may need to be replaced within the next few months and gave an estimated cost of those items as well. I will never use another shop for any repairs or maintenance and will always recommend Jake and his amazing staff to anyone who needs honest and dependable repairs for their vehicles. I truly can say this is the best automotive repair shop I have ever used. These guys truly care about their customers and as a family business definitely make you feel as though you are part of that family. I made an appointment and when I arrived....my car was taken in to get its tune up and joints checked. They give you a detailed inspection and even let you know what things you might want to be aware of down the road and at what point down the road would be a good time to look at that issue. They changed my transmission fluid and the pan leaked. They replaced gasket again and it still leaked. They said they'd have to put a new pan on and charge me for it. Never leaked before, they obviously damaged the pan while draining. Beware!! read more

I called them and they suggested I would drive by so they could diagnose the problem. They were waiting for me when I arrived and determined it was a minor glitch which could be remedied on the spot. My Toyota Tacoma driver door handle was broken. Pusch Ridge Automotive ordered a speciality handle for me. They don't trust off market ones. Not going to lie, I tried to replace the day before with an off market one to try and save some money to no avail. These guys are so great! My parent's alternator was dying according to AAA so I had the car towed there and they were so fast and efficient. They ran diagnostics when the car arrived around 11am and by 11:15ish they called to confirm it was the alternator. They explained the cost, labor and warranty information and our car was ready at 3pm! Jim and Jake (they're brothers) sound exactly alike on the phone so good luck trying to figure out who who's unless they tell you :-). Thanks guys!
