The store is no frills and warehouse feel. I used to live in the area, and remember when it was welcoming. Oh well, things change. However while shopping a security guard did not hide they were looking over my shoulder and watching me shop almost immediately from when I walked into this store. I didn't realize until I turned around and he was there staring at me. I made my purchase left and felt upset; I was profiled and I feel it was because I am black. There are other people shopping at this store and he didn't follow them. I walked back in asked the greeter to request a manager who's name is Alejandro; I shared my experience with him and I could tell he was uncomfortable by his body language, but he did acknowledge this situation. I provided him this feedback to share how I felt, and how it was wrong. To have a security follow me before an employee asks me for help is extremely disappointing. This store has plenty of options, it's a bit older of a store, but has a great selection of electronics you can pickup in store and has a mobile bay for car tech installations. They answered and made an appt quickly for the same day, which was fantastic. Dima came out and examined my washing machine. He let me know a couple of parts needed to be ordered so it would be a couple of days. He said they would call me to let me know when it was coming in to schedule the next visit. The communication after this was a bit choppy. I had to call a couple of times to get an update and it ended up being more than a week to get the parts in, which is fine.. I just wanted someone to let me know. He came back yesterday with the parts and got me all sorted out and I'm back to being chained to laundry (haha). Overall it was a good experience.
