Great prices, great work. Got my trucks leveling kit installed for about half of what the other garages quoted.

The last 4 times I went there I waited in the lobby for so many hours. If I had known it would be that long I would have went home. The last time was 5 and a half hours in the lobby! I tried to go home at hour 3 and was asked to stay (telling me it would be soon.) The prices have really gone up. He wouldn't charge me to look at it so I thought I was getting a good deal but with the high pricing it made up for it. Several hundred dollars cheaper at other places when I called around. I got an oil change here and I made an appointment for it. I waited 3 and a half hours in the lobby and it cost a little over 100$. I mentioned I was feeling the transmission slipping and was told they would take a look at it. At checkout they said nothing, I asked them about it and another 20 minutes later they came back and said it was fine maybe I could get a tune up soon. I brought it in again a few weeks later still with the transmission slipping. They said they found a sensor out and a few other things. I paid a little over 1000$ two separate times within 3 months. Each time I asked is it worth it, to fix it? What about the transmission? I got round about answers and was told fixing it was a good option. Now after putting almost 4000$ into it within a year my transmission needs to be replaced and I can't afford to fix it or get another vehicle! I don't have words for how I feel about that. I really trusted Adrian and so I trusted his crew and I feel like they really let me down and put me in a bad spot. I'm a single mom and I needed the honesty and care I had gotten from Adrian at the beginning but I guess things change.

They said the compression was a little low evenly on all the cylinders. They suggested maybe my car was just getting tired and to try running it on the freeway to clean out the engine. They charged me over $200 and I drove away with the "check engine soon" light still on. The following week I went to Meineke for an oil change. While I was there, I asked if they could find out why the "check engine soon" light was on. They did and said the #4 cylinder was misfiring. The ignition wire on cylinder #4 wasn't clipping on the spark plug, so they fixed it. They only charged me for the oil change, and I drove away with the "check engine soon" light off and my car running a lot better!

I took my 2010 Ford Fusion in for oil changes on three times here. On two accounts they have overtightened and stripped out the oil plug bolt, thus now requiring a new oil pan be installed. I have extensive auto history and have NEVER in my life stripped out an oil plug bolt or spark plug bolt. I have done 15 oil changes on this vehicle in my ownership. Never had an issue with it. To be courteous to the company I called out the desk clerks out to the bay to avoid conversation with waiting clients and demonstrated my history of service on my App. Both desk clerks have put the blame back onto me rather than accepting that their tech is causing hasty damage to peoples vehicles. Integrity in industry is all I am asking and that the damage caused by their tech be repaired.

I took my Jeep into the Snohomish dealer a little over a year ago when they were still open and they had replaced the head gasket and it was a very expensive and extensive job, but turned out great. A couple months ago I called up and spoke with the manager Chad in their Marysville location, and discussed with him how I was a regular customer in Snohomish for years, and that I had some major work done a year earlier and some concerns had come up recently relating to coolant and a sensor potentially relating to the head gasket I was told by another mechanic. Chad was very cool and helpful, and offered to take my Jeep in up there and do all he could to get my Jeep issues solved. Upon picking it up after he informed me it had been repaired, the Jeep issues were all solved, and he even fixed another a-arm clanking issue at no-charge, and never charged me at all for the sensor issue. It has now been almost 2 months now since they fixed it and not 1 engine light has come on, and my Jeep has run perfect ever since! The service at this place and customer service is second to none, and worth every penny! I would send my grandma in their without a concern! Good people.

This Jiffy Lube absolutely made me feel like I wasn't the idiot. However , if I had not taken my vehicle in that day the Idiot light would would have been a nice name. When your oil light comes on wake up And get it to the closest automotive shop. I did do that , then they assured me I hadn't done any damage. They did have my car a majority of the day ,come to find out when they ordered the new battery they were sent the wrong one. This was not anything I felt they were held responsible and to me when people write reviews they don't look down the chain of command so to say.they ordered the correct battery, but the people they ordered it from are the ones that messed up. Although I knew it was no way their fault, in my book. So long story short they put the best oil in my SUV , fixed a few other underlying concerns, but they did not charge me for the battery!!! I felt horrible because I knew It was coming out of someone's pocket. The Mechanics are really taught well these days. These hard working mechanics knew their sh** and I would never expect such great service out of a young man that looked like he barely was out of high school. Then to find out this young man working on my rig, worked as a pit crew man with a race team that traveled all over the Pacific Northwest. He knew more than I can even say. Definitely a great day to just happen to pull into this amazing automotive shop. They had guys scurrying around and literally running. Very rare to see these days. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to entrust the best of the best with your car. I can't even say enough. I could write forever. Trust me we took a vehicle to a dealership 3 times only to get ripped off and the car ended up in Cadillac heaven. Very sad day but these guys I would trust not to Rob me blind. Amazing there are mechanics that actually treat you like a human and not just another number. The good thing is they very well may not be able to take a tip. I managed and left there feeling like I didn't just go in there for a free battery. I didn't even know until they gave me the bill. It felt good to get even with the tip. They deserved it more than any mechanic I had seen in years. I will take my car there and only there., for its the one I trust with such needs. Thank you so much !!! you all have a great team going there. P. S. I was also informed that you can't let any vehicle sit in the elements without driving. I was informed by this young man that that could have been the reason I lost all my oil. He was absolutely spot on. Now I make sure to drive it more so the gasket seals are never damp. He told me what to watch for and haven't lost a drop since. Also, you can go in and they will top off your oil for life. Pending you don't continue to be an idiot. You all are great. Thank you so very much !!!

Concerned, I took my car back to the same Jiffy Lube location, and they confirmed that the issue was due to the oil filter not being fully tightened. In other words, they confirmed that the mistake was on their end. Because oil was actively dripping from my engine, I had no choice but to let them fix it on the spot. So, I asked them to tighten the filter and replace the lost oil, only to be charged for another oil change as if the issue was my fault. This is unacceptable. The leak was clearly due to negligence on their part, yet I ended up paying twice for a single oil change. Even worse, I have no idea if this mistake caused damage to my engine because there was no oil on the oil dipstick at all! I expected better accountability and customer service. I will not be returning to the Jiffy Lube, and I would caution others to think twice before trusting them with their cars!
