Words cannot explain how angry I am with this place…read more I thought a 3D printer at the end of April, and I went back to the store to add the protection plan. Over the past few weeks, I've been having nothing but issues with it. The AMS is clogged, having to consistently restore it, the fan cover keeps falling off. And now, it won't reset. It is stuck at "calibrating" - and it sits there and hangs. It will also not pair to my enterprise grade network. I reach out to bambu support. And all I can get is their chat. They send me links. They tell me to restore; despite telling them that I literally have tried that and it locks up. I went to the store on Saturday to look into my options with the protection plan. They spent probably 20 minutes trying to figure out what the procedure is. And they finally tell me that it's in store replacement but it will satisfy the $100 protection plan. So I go home and try to work with Bambu and it is LITERALLY impossible to get ahold of a human- that, and there are MULTIPLE things wrong with this $600 printer I bought two months ago. I go to the store today. And yet again, it takes them 20-30 minutes to figure out what the plan is. All of a sudden since Saturday it changed from replacement to calling geek squad. Before I bought the protection plan - I asked the customer service person how it works, and he told me it's in store replacement. Today, a supervisor tells me that I have to go through Best Buy customer service. Best Buy customer service is HORRIBLE; so I have a 2 month old 3D printer that is a paperweight. I'd like to thank supervisor Eli, for going above and beyond - to help me with a $600 printer, and help me successfully use the $100 "pRoTeCTion pLaN" ((sarcasm)) My advice to everyone. Don't buy the geek squad plan. Use Best Buy to window shop. Check out your items - and then check Amazon, crutchfield, etc - to buy for the same price but with better service. Will never step foot in this of a store again.

Either when it's buying a new appliance or when I needed a part or service. They have never let me down. I had a crisis with the fridge that I purchased from them in 2005 that stopped working. Do the math, it lasted over 19 years. Every appliance that I've ever brought from Walt's, has exceeded the amount of time I believed it would last. If you want great customer service, a large inventory to select from and great prices, this is the place. From sales to delivery and installation, all of it was excellent. There was a small door on the front that appeared to be damaged, she assured me with a promise that it would be fixed. It wasn't, and couldn't be according to the owner. Really nice guy, he's the one who delivered it, and was again very professional. Showed me the tests were running when he left. I walked my dogs and came home to a leak. I live in an apartment so this could be catastrophic because it doesn't only endanger my belongings if things are flooded. It appeared to be damaged and leaking where the little door on the front was damaged. They came immediately to look at it, had to return to the shop for parts, but got it working. When I went to run a load, they had installed it where I couldn't open the dispenser to put in the soap. The shop is less than a mile from me. I called and he asked me to wait for another full day to have someone scoot over the machine two inches. I'd kinda had it at this point and hung up on him. Not happy about that but I don't want to call him again after bugging him so many times today. I hurt my back and yanked it over myself. So I can't necessarily say they didn't try, and I feel like we got a good deal on good machines. Just make sure they stay until the test is finished on the washer, and that you can open the soap dispenser before they leave.
