When we went to the store to report the issue, we were told to call the next day to talk to a manager. I called the manager 3 times before he returned my calls. He said they did not have a replacement dryer and it would take 2 weeks to order one. He offered to contact LG . LG referred us to a repair company MTG who sent a repair person who didn't have a replacement part even though we had sent MTG a photo of the broken part and description. After the repair person left. Two lint filters arrived from LG. I went to Howard's this morning 12/6/2025 and it is closed with a sign on the door that says CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

The compressor of the first refrigerator I purchased was blown within a week and then I had to figure out how I was going to haul it back to this location to swap it for a different fridge. They don't offer refunds. It's very difficult to get in contact with anyone over the phone, the number posted online is the number to the furniture store that used to occupy this space. Long story short, my experience was a nightmare in the daytime. I would give them negative 2 stars if it were possible.

After delivery, I discovered that my oven was not heating properly and I was assigned a customer support person at corporate, ALEX. She is AMAZING!!! She is responsive, helpful, thorough, and just such a delight to work with. She'd call when she said she would, follow up with service centers and really advocate for me and made me feel heard. No solutions, no accountability--just a lot of "there's nothing we can do." Even when issues are clearly legitimate, they refuse to take responsibility. You may even hear from the owner with an apology, but nothing ever actually gets resolved. It's all talk and zero follow-through. At that point, it just feels like they're trying to quiet complaints rather than fix anything. There's a reason this place has so many bad reviews. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. I would never buy another product from WDC again. No price is worth the stress and frustration of dealing with a company that won't stand behind what they sell.
