He was very upfront about the supply chain issues they were experiencing which meant I wasn't going to get the dishwasher I wanted in under a year. He found me a great second choice. He was great at keeping in touch throughout the process. His installer, Rigo, was also excellent. Seriously. Amazing business! My LG washer died after a mere 4 years. The inventory on new washers was low, and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get one for months (all the sites indicated that they were out of stock). They recommended a washer other than LG and I checked it out -- it had great reviews and even though it did not have all the bells and whistles I couldn't risk being without a washer, so I went ahead. The price was better than Best Buy etc, too, so they really were discount! They delivered the washer 2 days later and the pedestal a week later, barely charging me for the second visit.
