He was very upfront about the supply chain issues they were experiencing which meant I wasn't going to get the dishwasher I wanted in under a year. He found me a great second choice. He was great at keeping in touch throughout the process. His installer, Rigo, was also excellent. Seriously. The inventory on new washers was low, and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get one for months (all the sites indicated that they were out of stock). They recommended a washer other than LG and I checked it out -- it had great reviews and even though it did not have all the bells and whistles I couldn't risk being without a washer, so I went ahead.
