    I found WDC through a google search after discovering that Bestbuy had delayed my appliance…read moredelivery for an additional 3 months, to no fault of their own, however I needed appliances. WDC was able to help me and though I had delays with them as well, the wait was shorter. After delivery, I discovered that my oven was not heating properly and I was assigned a customer support person at corporate, ALEX. She is AMAZING!!! She is responsive, helpful, thorough, and just such a delight to work with. She'd call when she said she would, follow up with service centers and really advocate for me and made me feel heard. Now that my oven is working, I'm going to miss her weekly follow ups with me. If you have an issue with an appliance, definitely recommend Alex.

Once they have your money, don't expect them to stand behind the product. Their customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. You'll get plenty of apologies, but that's where it ends. No solutions, no accountability--just a lot of "there's nothing we can do." Even when issues are clearly legitimate, they refuse to take responsibility. You may even hear from the owner with an apology, but nothing ever actually gets resolved. It's all talk and zero follow-through. At that point, it just feels like they're trying to quiet complaints rather than fix anything. There's a reason this place has so many bad reviews. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. I would never buy another product from WDC again. No price is worth the stress and frustration of dealing with a company that won't stand behind what they sell.

    I prefer Lowe's to Home Depot, and this one is just down the street. It's cleaner and more…read moreorganized. They even have an app that tells you exactly where to find items you are looking for, by aisle and section. That is so convenient. They are also price competitive. Staff appear to be less stressed because there isn't as much foot traffic as its competitor. Restrooms are clean, too. Parking: Plenty of free parking in their own large lot. Unhindered exits.

She would do it at a courtesy for this time. I also mentioned that the cooler had a bunch of scratches on it and that the other person give me a 10% discount on it. So she would discount the cooler for the online Price, but not the 10% although cooler all scratched up You think the store needs to train their personnel better and understand their own policies. Log into Lowe's website. It clear Day says that they do to online pricing match. But she was adamant about that wasn't thing they do. I was very disappointed and just walked away. Lowe's do better.
