They called and told me they were 10 minutes away, I appreciated the heads up on when they'd arrive. The two workers were polite and tidy. They let me know what was going on and got it fixed fast. They did a last check and weren't satisfied with what they found. They stayed till it was right. I complimented the workers on ensuring the job was done right. The guy said "we wouldn't leave till we know it's right." That might seem to make sense, but I've had workers "fix" something, only to find it wasn't really fixed. Your company is staying in my contacts! I hope I don't need you for a while, but when I do, I know you'll get it right.

My husband called Mike from Karl's to see what he can do for us because now we have a stove sitting in the middle of our kitchen that is new but not operable and Mike won't do anything to help us.
