Received oil change and it was over 100.00. Not sure if they used the synthetic oil that supposedly goes in there and didnt change air filter. It was filthy. Fluids were not topped off and seemed like they guessed on the price when i came in and asked. Didnt give a 1 star because my car is still working. Thank God! read more

My muffler fell off. Hey, you expect these things on a 25-year-old car, so I wasn't too surprised. Threw it in the back, made sure there was a good hanger for the rest of the pipe, and went on my way. But I got tired of worrying about waking my neighbors so I brought the beast here, at the recommendation of my landlords. They were busy when I arrived but got the car in and done within a couple of hours, and ready by 5pm. They welded in a short section, keeping what they could of my exhaust (and the muffler.) I picked it up the next day. Price was good, quality was good (let's hope it gives me a couple more years.) Service was friendly and efficient. They do glass, exhausts, and radiators; but also pretty much any car repair. So, I'll probably be back. They also have tow trucks, U-Haul trucks and boxes, surveying and landscaping supplies (for professionals...) And they're near a bike trail, which worked out for me. read more

I had the worst experience ever with this company. They replaced all my brake rotors, pads, caliper & supposedly fixed a leaking front seal for almost $1,000 & yet I had to have the same exact work done for another $1,000 at another auto repair shop. DON'T take your vehicle to them!!! read more

Both myself and my wife have dealt with Arrow for a couple of years now after they were recommended to us. We've had them to general work on our cars, and I'm actually in the process of getting some exhaust work done now with them. There's a lot of reasons to like what they do. They will allow you to make payments layaway style on the work, which is helpful for people like me who tend to pay a little at a time (but thankfully have a second car in the meantime). In my experience they also get your car in to look at very quickly, sometimes within 30 minutes, and their prices have been very fair in compared to bigger outfits or chains. They came highly recommended to me by people I know who know their way around cars, and I would concur with that and say they're a good shop for your car. read more

I would trust these guys with my mother. We have taken multiple cars here as well as just had them do radiator work. We feel they are pretty honest people and we have never been steered wrong with their advice. Our cars have always been fixed right. Sometimes you can't fix everything that needs to be fixed due to cost and these guys have always helped me decide what is priority to get fixed and what can wait and what is most cost effective. I gave four stars because I wish they were open a little longer and sometimes turn around is a little longer than I'd like...but...the fact that we trust these guys completely, that is something we are willing to sacrifice. read more

I had an emergency water pump issue. They were able to get me in immediately, with their own tow truck to pick up and a ride service to get me when it was finished. I take my Lexus here. I trust this shop more than the Lexus dealer. I have taken my Lexus to the dealership for a basic oil change - first they charge $50 for the work then they can't even complete the basic and normal part of an oil change which is to turn off the maintenance required light! Arrow is reasonably priced and they won't recommend unnecessary work/ maintenance. read more

I took my sons truck to Aarrow to look at his brakes. When I received a call from the owner, he listed the items that were in need of repair. There were both items in the front brake line and back brake line. His quote was $2949.00 I said "what $3000.00 dollars. So I contacted some one else and decided to have it towed to this other shop. Upon arriving at Aarrow, I told them I was going to have it towed to another shop for review of brake issues. The owner then began preparing bill for having looked at my sons truck and charged $48.00 just to look at it. And on the bill were the cost of the repairs. I said, What these repairs don't add up to $2949.00. The owner totaled repair cost again and said, $1949.00, I said you quoted me $2949.00 3 times over the phone. He said, I'm sorry I made a mistake. That's a big error, or was it because I was having it towed to another shop for review. Made me wonder, because I have never had anyone make that big of a mistake quoting price, $1000.00 over. So beware......might be worth taking it to someone else for a second opinion ....by the way, the shop i towed truck to fix the issues which were the same as Aarrow items was $500.00 less $1449.00 for the repairs. I always went to the Honda dealerships until I became frustrated with unnecessary maintenance. Service is great, price is excellent. My vehicle always runs great. Do not go to this place if you are a female. They will take advantage of you. I took my 2005 Honda there for a vtech sensor causing engine light to come on and was told that was causing my mild shaking, as told to me by advanced auto tech. The guy at arrow said he only did an oil change because I had no oil in car, never had problem before with no oil, and cleared yhe codes that were hitting. He claimed to want to be saving me money and wanted to show his "honesty". Told me to drive it for a week and see if shaking came back. Well they mist not drive vehicles after fixing them because it was still shaking right when I picked it up. So a week later I bring it back. He calls me and tells me I need motor mount and transmission mount replaced. And also 2 thermostat sensors were showing up. Well trusting him I said okay. Then a couple people I know who are care loterate said it was very weird that my year of car would need mounts replaced. When I picked my car up that day and after a $900 bill I paid, I had questioned why I wasn't told about mounts when oil was changed because obviously an oil change couldn't fix that. Where he changed his story and said he wanted to make sure there was no engine damage and that is why he had told me to bring it back in a week. Which was a lie because he told me that he thought it was shaking because of the no oil and him clearing the codes, he thought would fix it. So I leave with an uneasy feeling of being taken advantage of and guess what.... my car is still shaking and now making a funny noise. He tells me to bring it back the next day so he can take a drive with me and see what I am talking about. Took it back, he gets in car puts it in reverse and drive and proceeds to tell me that I have a motor mount bad. I am very upset and am a single mom who does not have $900 to throw around that doesn't fix the problem. Now wouldn't they have known while they were fixing my car that there was another mount bad?! Seems like he never really knew what was wrong or was just trying to keep getting more and more money out of me. Pretty sad when you believe people are honest and they turn out to not be..... Please ladies do not bring your vehicles to this place! read more
