Love this place! $17.99 oil change for their grand opening celebration - what a deal! Two caveats: 1. The shop is located at the corner of Kenny & Henderson behind the Dent Doctor. If you are heading south on Kenny, you may have to do a u-turn to get into their lot because it's easy to miss. 2. They just opened so their waiting area is small and sparse, but there are chairs and a very clean bathroom for customers. But the prices are great and the guys do not try to over-sell you. They asked me how long I planned to keep my car and gave me options on part pricing of good, better, and best instead of trying to sell me on the most expensive parts. How refreshing is that? I am not a part of the collective that finds this shop worthy of a positive review. In fact, I waited nearly 14 months before commiting my concerns to Yelp simply so I could rationally explain what a great mistake I'd made entrusting my car's service to them I'd purchased a used 2008 Saturn Vue in July 2017 (with an "As Is" warranty and 105,000 miles on it) from a local small car lot that has since gone out of business. From day one, the problems began. Before taking the car, but after complaining the front brakes felt mushy, the salesman (allegedly) had their mechanic perform a front only brake job. Within 500 feet off the lot, the check engine light came on. The gas gauge was off by half a tank. The front windows were stuck in the up position. (I was able to fix that problem myself.) The driver side headlamp burned out. The ABS sensor came on. And the passenger front end began making some very disconcerting noises. I didn't have a regular mechanic and had financed this vehicle for 36+months so I asked a co-worker who he'd recommend. He directed me to Noebull Automotive. Nearly $3,100 later I paid the charges in full and left the shop. Within 3 days of leaving the shop virtually every single repair came undone. The check engine light came back on. The ABS sensor reappeared. The fuel gauge tank unit (which was replaced) reverted back to the original problem, leaving me to "guess" how much gas I had within a day's time of "filling up". I was told the noise up front necessitated the installation of new front stabilizers and a sway bar assembly. Overall the steering improved (which may have been helped by an alignment also performed) but the ominous noises from the right front continued to occur. I brought all of my concerns to the manager's attention and he assured me things would be worked out. I brought the car back a day or so later (mostly because of the noises) and he determined that the catalytic converter was failing. In order to "save me" the cost of replacing it he offered to perform a Hail Mary technique of burning out the debris. $118 later nothing was resolved. As ALL of my savings had now been exhaused paying for work/fixes that consistently failed I resolved to sell the vehicle as quickly as possible and lick the financial wounds ALL-bull had visited on me. In short, they may have qualified and capable mechanics working for them but I think only rank amateurs worked on MY car. They saw me coming and cleaned my clock - a cautionary lesson to anyone else seeking automotive service from Noebull Automotive. read more

I brought my vehicle in to have the break pads and rotors replaced. After 24 hrs, I had to call in twice to find out the estimate of what it would cost for the repair. I was advised after the first time that they'd call back in about 30 minutes. I had waited two more hours, just an hour before closing, to call back to inquire about my estimate. They proceed to tell me that the cost of the repairs would be close to $800!! Naturally, I asked why, and they said my calipers had seized up and had to be replaced. I asked them to only replace my break pads and rotors. They advised they couldn't, the calipers HAVE to be replaced. I advised them NOT to work on my vehicle and picked it up within 30 minutes. I called a friend who works in at a different automotive, about an hour away, and arranged to drop my vehicle off to get a 2nd opinion. LOW AND BEHOLD, the calipers had NOT seized up nor did they need replaced. The cost to have my rotors and pads replaced was $195.00 with parts and labor!! I understand many automotives will do this, but for hard-working people out there who are doing the best they can and simple don't have $800 to just throw away, this is INFURIATING!! I would rather drive the hour and know I'm getting the "Real Deal" than let anyone take advantage of me again. I will never go back to this automotive and I promise I will do my best to forewarn anyone who decides to use this company to have their breaks worked on. BE FOREWARNED! Called to have Jeep transmission checked. Janey was personal, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. Next day car was repaired for very reasonable price, bill and potential problems fully explained. Only real negative is location as it is difficult to get to. Must use Dent Doctor driveway off Kenny Rd. Would definitely use again. Nice Upper Arlington area. read more

I would have given 1 star but the people here were very nice and ended up giving me an inspection for free. However, with their inspection they told me I needed work that I didn't actually need. Lucky for me I called around and everyone told me the likelihood of them being wrong was high. I took my vehicle elsewhere and got the repairs I needed for half the price of their estimate. My favorite place to go!! Seriously the best and not just because it's conveniently located right next to my job. They always take care of me and are able to get me in asap and get the job done. My oil changes are so much cheaper here too and whenever they change my oil they refill my wind shield wiper fluid and check tire pressure. I used to go elsewhere but now this is my go-to! For a girl who doesn't know much about cars, they make sure I'm taken care of and don't feel taken advantage of. read more

Called on a Thursday afternoon at 3:30 for an oil change appointment. Got me in at 5:30, same day. Quick service, friendly people, fantastic pricing, no upselling, no bull (hehehe...get it). To top it off, my 14 year old car got 10% better gas mileage after the oil change. Not sure what they did to make that happen, but I'm loving it! Highly recommended! read more

Our compressor went kaput after an AC hose leak was ignored for too long, taking the car down with it. We had our car towed here on a Tuesday, got a diagnostic and then a dollar figure which turned out to be way less than what Midas quoted over the phone, and were told that the car would probably be done Monday--Friday at the earliest. Got a call Thursday saying the car was done. This is after our two previous trips to Midas both ended in prolonged stays and we had to call to find out what was even going on. Car drives fantastically now and I'll surely edit if the car dies again. Solid shop. read more

This is one of the best car shops I've been to. They treat you like family, are honest and priced well. My window came off track on the driver side and completely fell down, although I came to them on a whim and they weren't able to fix it that day because they were busy they made sure to put my car in the garage so it was safe over night. This location is pretty close to where I work, so in desperate need of an oil change, I stopped by one Saturday morning and asked if they could help me. The attendant said it might take all day, as I showed up without an appointment. Paid up front and by five o'clock the same day, my vehicle was ready. All I had to do was walk back and claim my vehicle. No problem at all. The following Monday I took my wife's car in, again without an appointment, and had the car back by one o'clock along with an estimate for some work the car needed. Got two oil changes for less than $40 bucks, both without an appointment. Most places will charge up to $60 just to get that kind of late minute service. Definitely will be returning when our cars need another oil change. read more

I come here for all my car needs. They're super honest guys and Very reasonably priced. They aren't going to try to sell you stuff you don't need and won't fix something that isn't broken. You can walk in for little things sometimes, but usually you'll need to call a couple days ahead of time. read more

I chose to try Noebull based on its current reviews. I had a complicated electrical issue on an older Italian vehicle and the staff spent hours tracking down various issues and fixing them. The problem was very difficult to pinpoint and they were able to resolve all issues in just a few days at a reasonable cost. Your vehicle is definitely in good hands at this shop. The worse place ever. They will tell you that car needs all type of repair after they take everything apart and not even give you the choice of going to someone else at the same day. I regret I didn't read and consider other customer's reviews. I was told my car needs all type of work after they kept it for one full day. Took the car to the dealer and ended up with paying %80 of what they told me for simple problem needed to be fixed. I'll never go to this place again, and will never recommend it to anyone. please stay away from these people. read more
