Well, we're moving - again. I called Tomas from A.B Cleaning since he did such a magnificent job on our last move-out clean. Unfortunately, he has sold the company and left the country. :( The people who have taken over are charging a LOT of money and while I understand everyone needs to be competitive in business, it's disheartening when you're looking forward to the BEST and you get - meh, the same as the rest. Amazing! My house had gotten pretty bad... like the point where I couldn't start without being overwhelmed. AB cleaning came in while I was at work and when I got home I was really happy. They managed to straightened my cluttered desks, vacuumed, did the pile of dishes in the sink, scrubbed the oven and even dusted the fan! I'm sure I'll be noticing the little details for a while to come. My organization problems seem conquerable now. I don't know who is writing these reviews, but this was the worst cleaning service I've ever had (I've had 3 weekly cleaning services over the last 15 years)! Not only were my floors quite dirty and actually brown in the corners, but when I went to clean them and do the floor by the side of the toilet I got glass chards in my finger from the shelf that Thomas broke. The worst part though was the vinegar he used on my marble counters leaving etched splotches all over - and this was after he asked me what I wanted him to use to clean before he even started cleaning. He said he had a great organic cleaner, but I specifically told him soap and water only on my marble! They also used Mr. Clean on my wood furniture! When I told him all these issues he said he would send me a refund check - but that was almost 2 weeks ago and I haven't seen anything yet! I highly recommend NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!! read more
