The best of the three didn't really fit very well (but MUCH better than the one the previous company had jammed inside our furnace, like a taco...) My carpets, which had gotten pretty nasty, are now spotless and smell great. Beyond the actual cleaning, he and his assistant Gary are totally professional and very friendly. These are people that you will feel comfortable having in your home. Scheduling was easy and its clear that he cares about his customer's time. Not only is he punctual, but he is finished when (or before) he says that he will be. And, it goes without saying that he honors his estimates. He came in with his steam cleaning machine for the tile flooring in the bathrooms and he used great cleaning products on our hard wood flooring, material window blinds and windows. He made everything shine! The huge and very tall windows alone, would have been an enormous task for anyone, but he did all the work with a smile and an efficient and hard working attitude. He spent an entire day and then came back another day to complete the long list of items I had requested that he do. (The extra dat wasn't in our original plan but he wanted to make sure everything was completed as arranged...I was impressed!) So my wife hired RADD to come clean prior to out-of-town guests arriving. It took us two days just to 'prepare' for the cleaners to arrive. After walking through with my wife, the cleaners got to work. We left to give them space. After three hours, they were done. Total: 170.00. 75 for the first hour, then 25/hr for each worker. Pretty fair, really. The work: We have a ~1200 sq.ft house, wood floors and two bathrooms (no carpet). They scrubbed both bathrooms including the shower stall/tub and floor in each one, wiped all kitchen cabinets down, all flat surfaces in all rooms, mopped all floors and vacuumed. The result: All looked much improved after their touch. The kitchen floor could have had another go, but the deck was kind of stacked against them (who lays down white linoleum in the kitchen!??). They forgot to clean the toilets entirely (by their own admission) and (my only surprise) didn't take the garbage out in any of the five rooms with garbage cans. The verdict: I learned to be specific about what I/we want; ask... Desiree will tell you yes or no or how much extra it would cost. My wife and I will be asking them to return for monthly maintenance cleaning and would recommend them to others without reserve. Plus, as my wife pointed out, they're a small independently owned company and they're pretty damn easy on the eyes (Desiree and her husband both are quite cute-- Well, what did you expect? This isn't Forbes, it's Yelp. Wouldn't YOU want hot people to clean YOUR house? Well there you go.). We will be hiring this company again.

Saul (I'm hoping I got the name right) was friendly got right to work and was in and out. I was moving into a house we just purchased and the prior owner had left us a few pet stains as a parting gift. But all that PDX carpet was able to remove (thank goodness)! I'm happy I ended up using PDX carpet. The pricing is competitive, call them before buying any voucher, they may be running a better special. The icing on the cake: I also got a free little bottle of stain remover as a gift.
