Had a major problem opening a bedroom door. A quick call to Abba and within a few minutes Robert shows up and got the door open within a few minutes. Even though there was a little bit of trouble removing the door latch, he was able to drill it out and get the door open. Very professional and easy to communicate with. Who wants to contact or need a locksmith? We recently moved and locked ourselves out of our new home. We called Abba and they sent a technician, Pete, out right away to accommodate our schedule, even working with us to change the time after we booked it. He was very knowledgeable about our locks and was able to get us back in the house very quickly. He took the time to explain options for our doors and rekeying. We had a miscommunication with a charge for keys for the door that self locked which wasn't explained to us on the phone when we booked the appt. The owner called following the appt and was very courteous and upon hearing of the issue with the key charge credited us back. I would not hesitate to call them again and recommend them to friends. Rob was kind, quick and down right amazing. He told me that my lock was old and replacing it was my best option. He even said that he could mold it to my current key. The price was unbeatable. Got quotes on YELP yesterday because we had renters moving out the next day (we were not sure what time - hoping the earlier the better!). The instant they drove away, I contacted Abba Locksmith to come "RIGHT NOW" because they were nightmare renters - Rob was there within minutes and rekeyed the two doors so quickly... then as he was running my cc for payment I found another lock to fix - he was so patient and fixed that one...while he fixed that one I found another one to fix. About two weeks ago, I moved into a new house, and gave Abba Locksmith a call, wanting to get the locks changed, and they sent someone out right away! Rob worked hard for two hours changing the whole variety of locks on all my doors, not only giving me the security of new locks, but also working to make sure they all matched up so that I wouldn't need a whole bunch of different keys for all the different style locks. I was painting the front door today and needed to remove all the hardware. After all done I replaced the hardware nothing worked right. After numerous attempts to remove and replace nothing helped. Incredible customer service and support! Embarrassingly I had to use them twice in one day!! They were super helpful in the morning and opened the house in 2 minutes! Rob from Abba Locksmith was the best! My car was stolen from my driveway and the thieves had my house keys. I called Abba Locksmith and Rob came out within an hour of my call. 1st, Robert's quote for replacing my (lost key) mailbox lock was $20.00 less than those of any other mobile locksmiths I contacted. 2nd, he was immediately available, and arrived exactly when promised, just an hour after I called him. 3rd, he was courteous, Covid-compliant, and efficient--he replaced the lock and provided me with new keys in under 15 minutes. 4th, all the above--kinda explains why Robert is so highly rated here on Yelp. read more

Do give abbalock Smith people because they know there stuff there very nice and they listen well to the customer and what they want.they are well liked by customers.so if you guys ever need a locksmith and fast service please call abbalocksmith I promise you won't regret it I have personal knowledge of them because they have done lots of work for me in past and present and plan to call on them for any future problems and you should too. read more

First phone contact with their office was very courteous and the woman contacted Rob right away. Rob happened to be free within the hour to help unlock our front door (key locked inside) _and_ he had the time to do our rekeying of the whole house which we had assumed would have to be a later appointment. I was looking to find a locksmith in Carlsbad and called ABBA. Robert the owner arrived within the hour, he was professional and more than helpful. I ended up changing the whole lock and dead bolt because he gave me a killer deal and stuck around to help me change the door sweep which was quite an ordeal seeing as he had to drill out the old screws. I called Abba Locksmith on Saturday (3/5/2016) and with my work schedule I could only get to my rental property the following morning (Sunday, 3/6/2016) to get new locks installed. Rob did a great job - our front door was not unlatching when the handle was pressed down and we were unable to open our front door. I called Rob and he showed up within 45 minutes. He was quick very professional and was able to fix the issue by replacing a small part of the locking mechanism, saving us from replacing the whole thing. Hands Down the Best Guy Ever!!!!! I locked myself out of my 93' Cadillac, phone and all!!!
