EDIT* I received an email from the manager/owner. They were very apologetic and dealt with the situation promptly. They also used my email as a training opportunity. I appreciate how they handled complaint. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was very nice. But, We are from out of town, stopped in for a bite. Mikayla came back with our bill and we said we're paying with cash. My husband paid with 100 dollar bill. Mikayla asked "how much do you want back". My husband was flustered and didn't know what to say. He asked for 50 back. Mikayla came back with 50 bucks and told her that it was very rude to ask that. She should've come back with all of the change. Very disappointing to say the least. We would've left a tip but we should've been given all of the change back first. I honestly am unsure why this place only has 3 stars my boyfriend and I were up from Washington for a concert and was staying at the super 8 right next door. (You get 10% off btw!) the food was phenomenal. I got a chicken pad thai and wanted no veggies due to me not liking carrots and they charged me just the normal price of the pad thai and the the up charge it would have been with chicken. My boyfriend got a burger and fries. For apps we got a pretzel and onions rings. All the food we ordered came out so fresh and our drinks came quick every time we would order them the wait wasn't long for anything either and we were super hungry so that was also a plus. I definitely recommend this place, nice lighting as well and very clean place not to mention they have decently priced drinks along with happy hour prices 9 bucks for a double martini ummm yes!!! They have a $5 cover fee just to sit down and have food and drinks due to them showing sports games (UFC, etc.) but they don't disclose this fee when you call to make a reservation and there is no mention of it anywhere on the website. Frustrating to drive all the way out without a mention of that, not going to pay $5 just to sit at a restaurant for food and drinks when I'm not interested in watching the match. When I called they asked if I would be watching the UFC match and I said no and they said no worries we will sit you in a booth, again no mention of the $5 fee. read more

We attended for a completely free Christmas lunch. The service was good and the staff attentive. The restaurant was full and when we mentioned leaving, to free up the table, the staff insisted we could stay and continue to visit. I just had a turkey meal at Denny's the other day and this was very similar. read more

Three of us went there at noon on July 2nd for the first time. Very friendly greeting. The place was empty. We were there for lunch a beer and to watch the Euro Cup game. Really great sport bar ambiance. I don't expect 4or5 star cuisine when going to a sports bar , but this was disgusting. Both the short rib sandwich and the chicken club type offerings were on the stalest bread I've ever eaten. Since I didn't want fries I substituted for Cole Slaw... slimy slaw. Fish Tacos had no taste and the salsa was out of a jar bad. Great service though. Will never go back read more

Insanely cheap booze - pints from $3-$5 and one of the cheapest happy hours I've ever been to, period (let alone in the valley). The service was also excellent - the waitress was a dear, kept our glasses full (got all the way to round 5!) and delivered with some amazing nachos. Can't harp enough about these nachos - the solo size was shareable by 2 - I can only imagine the size of the shareable platter. Didn't think I'd ever get 10 beers and a platter of nachos for $45. What with the large selection of beers on tap and cool ambiance (they're Seahawks fans), I'll definitely be back here again in the future! read more

Arrived here on a chicken wings special night as I had a craving for chicken wings. The interior of the restaurant is nice and large with lots of televisions playing various sports events and some nostalgic 70,80s music videos. Despite the large size of my party we were served quickly and accurately. The chicken wings come in an assorted amount of flavours we all ordered one different flavour and shared. The most memorable flavours were Jalapeño and honey garlic, both were great! We also ordered nachos, the nachos were good too although the bottom layer stuck to the wax paper and we were unable to get them off. Worst service I've had at any establishment. The main manager had a horrible attitude and made a few rude comments to me and my client as soon as we walked in based on assumptions she had. Then our waitress forgot to bring refills for my client twice. After leaving and counting my change I noticed that the waitress took an extra dollar tip. We had asked for a booth too and were told we could not even though there were numerous open (Even ones within the new COVID social distancing rules). Overall, I've never experienced such disrespect and disregard for the customer. I know everyone's stressed with the new COVID rules but that's no excuse to treat other people like shit. They've lost my business for life and I now have no desire to go out at all anymore. I recommend choosing a more hospitable place in town. read more

Didn't have very great service on the last visit. When we ordered our food it took way too long for our food to arrive. Turns out that most of the time we were waiting, the food was ready to eat, only problem is the waitress went off shift before our food was finished and they didn't assign a new one to our table. It wasn't until we had to call one of the other waitresses walking by before we got our food. I had the butter chicken and it wasn't exactly that great. The sauce weirdly comes in a bowl next to the rice and somehow you are supposed to dip the rice into the bowl. Seems rather weird as the sauce is supposed to come on top of the rice. Really hard to recommend this place with the last visit. read more

1st time here-spinach dip was delicious, lettuce wraps were ok, but had fried chicken chunks, which I found odd. Service wasn't the greatest, but I sat upstairs where they couldn't even see me, so that was kinda my own fault! Dina was extremely sweet when she came to check up on me, and made sure I was ok. The waitress did not want to be there and wasn't friendly at all. Seems like she had something else on her mind. We ordered prawn fettuccine Alfredo and the salmon dinner. It was very watery pasta and only got 3 prawns in the whole thing. The salmon was burnt. After the waitress took our plates away it took 42 minutes to get the bill. There was maybe 12 ppl in the restaurant. Will never go there again or recommend it to anyone. read more

My daughter and I have frequented this place because we enjoy chicken wings and they have a beer and grapefruit drink my daughter liked. We'd been in there a while back and had six wings and some pasta left over. We asked the waitress , who appeared to be new, to put it in a 'doggy bag'. And to wrap up the wings , when our check arrived I paid it and gave a20% Tip. But it seems the left overs disappeared! The waitress offered a small discount but I'd already paid the bill. So we left a bit unhappy . About a week later we went back and ordered more crisp wings. And drinks but my daughters grapefruit and beer was no longer available. We got my beer and waited , and waited and waited for our wings . We finally got them and they were cold, because we'd waited so long for them we. Ate them . We ate a few and complained about the cold wings and we were given a rebate of , hang onto your hats!!! $1.20 yes one dollar twenty cents! That's for an order of 20 I believe in 2 orders. Wow I went to their site to complain but you can only put in what they allow and no one appears to read them, I did that twice, no reply, kiss my, or anything Their establishment is near my place ,reason for us to go there! We went in for dinner. I had an Abbey burger and fries. Both were very good. The restaurant was fairly busy but our server was awesome. Our drinks were always full. She offered us chips and salsa as an appetizer. The salsa was very good, sweet tasting and not hot. read more
