After coming out, he quickly dug in, found the problem (a root lifted the outlet line as seen in the photo), fixed it, and charged a fair price. While he was here, I had him put in some manhole covers and an observation port to make servicing easier in the future. All that in about 1/2 a day. At 730, I got a call to let me know they had problems with their truck and would be there between 10-11. At 1130, I called and spoke to the owner letting him know nobody had shown up yet. He told me he messed up and would be another couple hours. This was now becoming an all day appointment for my client so I asked for a small discount for her inconvenience. He declined any discount at all claiming he doesn't make money on these jobs. I would have been happy with $50 off the $700 job but he declined to do anything to make up for his mistake. I understand that mistakes happen but it would be nice of him to offer some concession to show he values his customer's time. Definitely a poor experience for me.

I spoke with Leslie over the phone to book and she was so helpful and kind. Together we located the tank covers in my yard via Yelp messaged photos and texts. She then helped me schedule the techs to come out just a few days later. Today was the day, and although I was given a service window of 7-11am arrival time, I received a text at 6:40am saying they were on their way! Yay! The techs Luis and Peter (I think those were their names!) were professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. The customer service asked when I needed the service and I said as soon as you are available. She told me we can send someone today and then there was a $300 emergency fee. I did not say I had an emergency I simply said as soon as you are available. So she said well let me see if I can wave the fee. Then came back on the phone and told me oh it looks like we won't be available until Monday now. Needless to say, I went with a different company who showed up 30 minutes after I called and did the job for 1/3 of the price. Moral of the story, call around. I was about to drop $450 + the other $300 for an "emergency" I was not having lol
