They went through every single vent in the house, inspected every single nook and cranny to determine what would be needed, including the furnace itself. Secondly, they were very patient in revising their estimates several times after every unnecessary question that I asked them with requests for revisions. Thirdly, they came over exactly at the time specified, got to work right away, were very friendly, and didn't ask for anything. They spent a full day, working tirelessly, got the job done, tested it thoroughly, and left only after completing all checks. Their price was very competitive too. All in all a fantastic experience. So basically I was already on the hook for the diagnostic and I could either have that deducted from the $270 or pay them the diagnostic and go hire someone else again to diagnose and fix the issue. In my case there was some excess lint in the machine that fit on a paper towel.. it took less than 10 minutes. So I spent $270 to have some lint removed which felt like a rip off but I thought oh well at least it's fixed. Then they said only cash or check, I wanted to use a card so annoying but whatever, I wrote them a check and about a month later they said it didn't go through, I reached out to my bank, no reason it wouldn't go through, but now I have a bill and an extra $35 returned check fee. On top of all this they called me excessively asking for me to post a review, I would assume most reviews are due to that not because people are blown away by the service and feel compelled to share but more so because they don't leave you alone about it.

Dimitry picked up immediately, cancelled his Sunday plans and showed up at 9am due to the emergency nature of the issue. Wow! Dimitry is kind, professional and thorough. Once he got the dishwasher out, we saw a rat's nest and chew marks on the power cord and water hose.
