We shared the split and we're very satisfied. The shop was clean and orderly but located in the small plaza that can be easily missed. I've driven past it many time but though it was a taco restaurant. Now I know what it is I'll be coming back too much and prolly put on extra pounds. Ice cream shops are hard to find around here so this is a great find.

The custard was so creamy and delicious I briefly considered ordering a second one before I finished the first. The staff was friendly, the place was spotless, and every bite tasted like someone figured out how to freeze joy and serve it in a cup. There's a few sitting around the outside of the building. Most people just tailgate in the parking lot. My only regret is not discovering Andy's sooner. Now every other ice cream place has to compete with the unrealistic standards Andy's has set.
