I also try to be objective and fair in my review and not leave an emotional rant in all caps. I came here to get my car tinted with ceramic tint. Off the bat they told me that the legal limit for the front windows is 20% which is not true it's 25% in Texas. They did not give me a receipt because their printer was broken and they said they'd email me which they never did. They put the windshield tint over my registration and EZ tag and lied to me by saying it's so the police can see it which they can see it fine if you take it off and put it on the tint. To top it off they didn't plug in my rear view mirror back up camera so after I drove all the way home I had to come back again for them to fix it. Also my car was very muddy afterwards because the lot is not paved it's like a dirt road. The positive is that the tint looks ok but only time will tell. Overall all they lacked attention to detail and I would not go back to them for anything and would not recommend them. Overall if I'm spending $460 I expect a higher level of quality than what I received but that's a lesson for me maybe I'll spend more money next time at a more reputable place.

They communicated with the dealership where I purchased my car in Baton Rouge and the additional tire and rim insurance that was validated and credited. my vehicle was picked up and transported to their dealership from app 4 miles away free of charge, and tire insurance was validated And the work was completed free of charge. The final invoice showed $2,192.12 in charges, a $1,542.34 warranty adjustment and $744.92 due from me, but it did not clearly explain how the warranty payment was applied to each repair. The dealership also did not provide the customary vehicle cleaning after service. I expected transparent pricing, a clear itemization and better customer care from a BMW dealership. This experience left me disappointed and distrustful.

I had just driven from work from South Houston, to LaMarque to pick my father up and headed to the Ford Moter dealership in Rosenberg to look at a car I wanted. Apparently they are the king of liars and I ended up waisting time, energy and GAS! I didn't even end up getting out of my car after I found out I was lied to. As we drove off my father remembered the gentleman who sold him his car a few years back and said that Mr. Fiaz was honest and a hard working dealer at Baytown Hyundai. So he called him over the phone and he quickly called back stating he could help. When I got there he set me up with Kimberly Woodburn who was very nice and professional. She explained and answered all of our questions. Mr. Fiaz got me in the exact car I wanted (2020 Hyundai Sonata SEL) and I walked out of there happy. They even stayed late to help a since I ended up getting there at 8p and they closed at 9p. Total experience was the best I've ever had.
