So this is a bit of a long review but here it goes: I was looking to get my sisters car transported from Peoria Heights IL to Los Angeles CA. She was giving the car to my husband who is going to fix it so it's inoperable. I was having such a hard time and bad luck with other companies who wanted me to tow the car 2 hours away from the actual pick up location and then have it dropped off at a Walmart for their carrier to pick up....yeah that was not happening. So finally I found ABC Auto Shipping via Yelp and the person I spoke with Arman is AMAZING! He was such a life saver. Not only did he find a carrier who would pick up my car within a short distance from the pick up location but he was also able to find a tow company that would pick it up and tow it to a towing facility where then it can be stored if needed until the carrier comes and picks it up. This automatically sounded a lot better to me because at least I knew my car would be stored safely. Luckily, the carrier Arman found picked up the same day so my car did not have to stay at the towing facility. From beginning to end Arman was so great at answering all of my questions in a timely manner and always texting me to check up on the status of my car. I could not be happier. Even the Carrier he found for me Sonny Transport LLC, was amazing. When I called the number provided I spoke with my driver and he too was so friendly and answered all my questions. My car arrived within 5 days including Sunday. I live in a residential area so the carrier dropped it off in a local supermarket by my house. My parents went to go pick it up and as they waited for our road side assistance company to arrive to help us transport it to the house the driver also waited so the transition can be a lot smoother. My parents both said the driver was super friendly and talkative. My mom was so grateful she went into the store and bought the driver a bag of Maraquetas (type of bread we eat all the time in Bolivia where I am from). I contacted them using their online form for a quote and got a quote the same day a few hours later. I needed to take my car from Southern California (Rancho Cucamonga) to Fargo, North Dakota. I appreciate them recommending the open carrier for my car, which is more inexpensive, but he had no problems when I insisted on a closed carrier. I said I needed to have it shipped to Fargo, ND by the next week and he quickly found me a carrier from ND, since they didn't have any trucks in their company who went on that route. They looked within their network and found that one carrier from Fargo. I got my vehicle loaded in Rancho Cucamonga, CA on Wednesday and it arrived in Fargo, ND on a Sunday! I also appreciated how ABC Auto Shipping's policy allows up to 50 lbs of stuff to carry in your car too. It could be more or less, depending on the driver. ABC Auto Shipping really saved the day for us and took away the stress I was feeling trying to get my truck shipped from the west coast to the east coast. We had originally gone through a broker service that completely left me hanging without any scheduled pick-up...they missed the pickup window they promised a month in advance. The car shipping/trucking business is unpredictable but he was able to find me a carrier and get my car to Houston quickly and safely, which I appreciated. Arman was patient with me even though he has many customers at once and always promptly responded to my questions and concerns, and tried to accommodate my requests as best as he could. I've had my car shipped before so I knew what to expect, but the process was even more seamless than before. As others have noted this is just a brokerage company so ABC works to locate you a transport company within the date range given. I was worried about what carrier ABC would select but Arman continued to assure me he worked with many carriers before and my car was in good hands. Monday AM Arman tells me he found a driver to pick up my car that evening, and after agreeing to the terms and signing the contract with ABC I was assigned my carrier. Antron W of Street Image Trucking in NC was great with my vehicle and very attentive. Car was picked up around 8:30 PM on a Monday from North Carolina and delivered Wednesday morning. I had a pretty tight timeframe so I had to mark my first available date a little earlier in the week, and Arman worked with me to make it happen. Again, you will have to be "on call" or have someone available to release and/or receive your car if you're not available - there could be road work, traffic, unexpected detours etc that make it hard for the transport companies to fit within a super narrow pick up or drop off window. I knew this ahead of time since I've shipped cars before, so I was prepared, but Arman really went above and beyond in accommodating my limited schedule. Be wary of "discount" companies. Yes, this service is expensive, but it's worth it for peace of mind and the price is very competitive for the level of service and quality of transport companies ABC works with. ABC was great they got my car shipped on short notice although a bit over the estimate. Very helpful, responds to texts quickly. My transporter was skyline auto transport, they shipped my car coast to coast in 8 days. Communicated very well. However, my car was filthy on delivery, and the driver left a big pile of dirt/sand in my floor matts. Definitely recommend covering your matts if you care about them. But overall not a big deal, just has to wash the car and matts. I found no damage on my vehicle nor any of my belongings to be tampered with. read more

Overall I was satisfied with Arman and ABC Auto Shipping. I've read and heard nightmarish stories of car transportation/shipping. Note that ABC Auto Shipping is a broker and not the actual company that will be transporting your vehicle(s). They simply contract out to car transport companies. There are two main factors that I impressed me: 1. Prompt & detailed information and responses by Arman. His primary method of communication is via email which was preferred but he is able to call and/or text as well. 2. Use of professional and top quality car shipping companies. ABC Auto Shipping contracted out my two-car shipment from SoCal to Kansas City, MO to a great auto shipper. They picked up my car within the stated pick-up time frame and also delivered it within 4 days. This was pretty great compared to other stories I've read. There was one little hiccup during the quoting process where the cost of my shipping order increased a couple of days before pick-up, however this was already detailed out by Arman's email; the quote is subject to increase depending on the cost requested by the auto transport company. I do wish that he was able to keep the primary quote but given the efficient and quick pick-up and delivery, the money paid was well worth it.
