I think he was the manager at the time. He explained to me there were monthly plans or I can pay for a one time. I told him that we don't have Quick Quack at SoCal.... Well not anywhere we live... i gotta drive 30' out. I got the basic car wash because my bro was gonna detail my car anyways. I asked if the wash doesn't get all the bugs off my windshield can I go the second time. He said that he'll let me go a second time, but if it doesn't come off then that's it. The first wash almost got it all off, but I wanted it to be really clean so he let me go a second time. The second wash didn't work properly, towards the end it just rinsed and pushed the car out. It did t dry my car at all so I wouldn't be able to wipe it dry properly. I went back and another work helped me out. He said "let's get you through the wash since it stopped. I see if stops again." Third times a charm!! No more bugs and car is almost basically dry! Off to the parking spots to vacuum. There are plenty of parking spots and one ADA parking slots. I thought the suction on the vacuum would suck but I was truly wrong! This was the best vacuum at a self car wash I've been to. It's always weak and you really gotta put some elbow work on it. There is also a compressor to get water out of the tiny crevices. Quick Quack also provides moist towels to wipes down your car. I used one but there seemed to be some oily residue staying on the window. So when a third worker came and replaced them with new towels I used one and the window steak disappeared. The SuperClean Xpress Carwash always gives me a chamois cloth, air freshener, and wet wipes for cleaning the truck's interior, too. Overall, my 2K Toyota 4-Runner appears shiny and brand new. Took me a second to figure out the card payment method which could have been solved if I had just stopped to read the instructions to press the green button to add more time lol All-in-all a $3 minimum is incredibly reasonable and everything worked as expected. I only used the rinse and foam brush this first time, and while they got the job done, the foam brush ended up dying my hands blue from the soap. Not a huge deal, but a bit annoying if you're not immediately going home afterwards to wash it off (spraying with the rinse hose didn't remove it). Despite the dye situation, I was satisfied with the result and will be back again.

I got the Supreme Wash for $44.99, which sounds like my car should come back looking like it just rolled off a showroom floor. Instead, it came back looking like it briefly thought about being clean. There was still bird poop on the hood, windshield, and front bumper... you know, the main parts you actually see. The car also still had that nice road-haze film on it, which I assume was included free of charge. Inside, someone went absolutely wild with the spray bottle. My rear door panels were soaked, and my instrument cluster was glistening like it had just come out of a rainstorm. I half expected to find a snorkel in the cup holder. They did take out my rubber mats, but judging by the results, I think they mostly just showed them the vacuum and put them back. Some spots weren't vacuumed at all. The tire dressing also looks... let's call it "diet tire shine." Very watery. Either that or someone whispered "tire shine" near them and called it good. The most impressive part? I took it home, sprayed the bird poop with a bottle and wiped it off with a microfiber towel. Took two minutes. Which raises the question: what exactly did I pay $44.99 for? I even left a $5 tip because I'm nice... but that will definitely be my final charitable donation to this establishment. If this is how the wash goes, I'm a little nervous about the "lube" part. Overall, it's just the little things: wiping the car fully, getting the obvious stuff off, not power-washing the interior electronics, and maybe... actually cleaning the car. When I went back again, another staff member finally took my info and said the membership was now removed. He also told me his manager would call me back about a refund, but of course, no one ever called. It's extremely frustrating and dishonest. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is just unacceptable. Avoid this place--there are much better, more transparent options out there.

The car had never been detailed before. I park it outside my house and just hose it off when it gets dirty. I had just returned from camping and had 30 miles of dirt road all over and in the car. There was also 11 years worth of hard water spots on my car. The side windows were so spotted that they were opaque and distorted my view. I had talked to other detailers and they all told me they couldn't get those out. Chris did! He did a magnificent job inside and out. You could eat a meal off the engine. All the seats, which were heavily stained, came out perfect. I highly recommend Chris.
