And although it was a bit of a challenge to find them and park, the friendliness, professionalism, and personalized/quick service was worth it! Coreen and husband AJ are a great team. The shop is in a bright pink building on Palama St. And although it may be a bit challenging to drop off/pick up your item, AJ is quick to meet you, offload your furniture, and guide you out of the short driveway. I left a voicemail on their business line, and a person named Jonathan called back, stating that they will not perform significant repairs, citing safety hazards for my children and the poor quality of the job. There are construction errors on two of the main systems, with gaps between both the back and main entrance new systems, causing heavy flooding and fall hazards due to mildew buildup. More importantly, I have images and videos showing the load-bearing beam rotting from water being trapped between the existing roof and the new shading system. Additionally, the installation was poorly executed and of low quality. We waited six months for the installation, with materials stored in our yard the entire time. The company that delivered the materials picked coconuts and left their mess for me to clean up. To make matters worse, the third-party installers were unprofessional, cussing at each other during their shift, smoking marijuana on the property, and cameras caught them entering our home while no one was present. The installers also left extra materials in our yard after completing the job. Although we have a warranty for their work until 2030, the company is now refusing to fix the issues. After signing the contract, remitting payment and getting the windows measured, a friend of mine told me to cancel, insisted that he could do the job, so I canceled, which they did without complaint, telling me that they would refund my payment. The next day, they called to offer to fabricate the screens for the project to save my friend time and told me to ask him and get back to them. After a couple of days, I realized that my friend was not going to follow through, so I called Screens and Things back to ask if they could do the job, and they cheerfully reinstated the contract and completed the job. The installers did a superb job -- looks great and they completed everything quickly.

First, it takes a while just to schedule someone to come out. Second, the man who came to my home was rude and condescending, took forever, and didn't seem to know what he was doing. Third, it took forever to hear back (3-4 weeks), only to be told that they can't order what we're looking for.
