The worst customer service. Tv is one week old. We discovered a dark shade. At the beginning we thought it was the channel but it was the same shade even when we changed the channels. First couldn't locate the box but still asked the store if we could exchange it. They said not without the box. Than we found the box and they said we should have brought it back the same day we bought it. Very rude sales person Ghadeer Jirijis. They've lost a very good customer that buys from here all the time. Update The regional manager called me and told me that if the box is open there's no returns. What a joke. Our salesperson Dan, who turned out to be the Store Manager, told us what a great deal we were getting on a 4 piece kitchen appliance package. He said he had to upgrade us on the range and microwave as the ones we wanted were no longer available. All well and good we thought! The range was upgraded to having a convection feature and an air fryer feature. Aha, here's where we fell for it. The air fryer feature required a basket that (wait for it) was NOT included in the purchase price and we did not find out about it until AFTER it was delivered and installed. The basket cost us an additional $50 bucks that needless to say Dan would do nothing about! It's not the $50 bucks, it's the fact that typical Big Box Appliance salespersons never give you the whole picture/price. What could have been a smooth transaction and a satisfied customer turned into a customer that will never buy another appliance, tv, or whatever from ABC Warehouse in Troy, Mi. My mom needed another oscillating pedestal fan for her front bedroom, because God forbid she run the AC at night. She was hoping to pay about $20, and wanted me to run around to Target and Home Depot with her. Not my idea of a fun afternoon. Then I saw ABC Warehouse's circular and on the back was just what she wanted - for $19.88! We went and the display model was right by the front door. It looked fine, although a bit on the cheaply made (plastic blades) side. I had to put it together for her, but that was fairly uncomplicated. It works. It's not the best fan out there, but it will do the job. We didn't have much contact with the salesperson, except getting him to go in the back for the fan and ring us up. We were out of there in less than 15 minutes. read more

I decided to write this review after a recent experience going in to get an old receipt printed, then decided I might as well recount the whole thing, even though it started almost two years ago. We visited this store shortly after it opened, looking for a new receiver. Someone from the LINE of WAITING salespeople approached us--and they had what we wanted and we made the purchase quickly and easily. When we got home, we saw that some cables or a remote or something was missing from the box. Whatever it was wasn't crucial to us, so when we called to inquire, we would have just taken a small amount off the purchase. However, they said to bring it back and they'd get us a new one. As it turns out, they had to get one from another store, and it was open box (but it had everything) so we ended up getting money off anyway, plus getting all the pieces. We were happy. Fast forward almost two years when the receiver needed warranty work but the part of the receipt I had kept didn't have the purchase date on it (my fault) so we called ABC and they faxed a copy of our receipt to the repair shop. I was impressed that a) they were able to get it done so quickly and b) they faxed it and we didn't have to go pick it up. I mean, that's how it should work, but I was impressed that it happened so quickly and easily and without argument. :) We wanted a copy of the receipt for our own records, so we stopped by the store again and they printed one off immediately. We were in and out in four minutes. So overall we've had really good experience with this location. read more

On Wednesday 12/15 my wife ordered microwave that was not in stock in our local store but was in store 15 miles away. Was told by salesperson that he would go get it on Monday and we could pick it up on Tuesday 12/22. Called on Tuesday to make sure it was in before picking up. It was not. Was told it would be delivered on Thursday 12/23. Called on Thursday prior to pick up. It was not in. Was told by that it would be in next week. Went into the store to get refund. He then told me it was on the truck enroute to the store and was confident that it would be there Friday morning on 12/24. Called Friday prior to pick up. It was not on the truck that delivered. Said next truck would be sometime next week (the 5th delivery date given). Asked for refund. Here I am on Christmas Eve shopping for a microwave. Was going to buy one online but decided to keep the money local. Wrong decision. read more

My very first experience ordering with ABC Warehouse has been terrible. My order was on June 13 for an LG TopMount refrigerator. My shopping cart told me 2-3 weeks for delivery. It has been twice that long and still no refrigerator! I have reached out 3 times only to reach unknowledgeable employees. They have no clue when I will receive my refrigerator. I have paid in full for this refrigerator. On top of it all, I went to the Home Depot sight and their shopping cart say back order until August 9. ABC Warehouse could take some lessons in transparency. If I had known that the back order time was so far out , I could have order a different model or brand. The bottom line IMO is that they simply do not care about the consumer. read more

I booked a single seater leather recliner and a three seater leather recliner. The salesman in the ABC Warehouse, Rochester Hills location told me that currently single recliner is available in warehouse but not the three seater (I need to wait for 4-5 weeks). I asked him in case, I don't get three seater on time and if I want to return single as well, he mentioned, I need to talk to manager to get it returned. He asked me to make payment for all together. I agreed and made payment for single and three seater. After few days, I received single seater but the assembly people (two men) were not polite and cooperative and were in so much hurry. For the three seater, I had to constantly call to their office to get an update instead of ABC Warehouse calling me to give an update on the three seater status. I made so many calls and every time I was getting same answer to wait. Like this instead of 4-5 weeks, 9-10 weeks passed. And I still did not get clear answer as when shall I receive three seater delivery. They said that it may take up to a year. This was really surprising and frustrating to know. Why did they not told this in the beginning and why did they took the whole payment then. Finally, I had no choice but to cancel the order for three seater and they refused to take back single seater as well. read more

Beware of dented appliances and terrible customer service!!!!! I purchased a new stove and fridge for my mothers new house this past Wednesday, after standing around waiting to be helped for 5 minutes someone finally came to help me, I get it that I look young but money is money... you should want to help everyone. My mother wanted a gas stove so we discussed the options for having someone come install it. Totally separate company they work with but the salesman said it would be easy and one call, seeing as it's gas I paid the extra 150$ and set everything up for two days later. The night before the delivery and install around 9pm a number I didn't recognized called me, it was the installation man, which I thought was strange but whatever, he confirmed he'd be by tomorrow just to call when it's dropped off. I woke up to a call at almost nine saying they would be there to drop off everything within the hour, which they were. When they dropped it off the stove had a huge dent in the side, they offered to drop off a new one but I said I would call and speak to someone at abc about it. My mom didn't mind the dent even though it was huge. After everything was dropped off we called abc and they offered us 36$, seeing as we didn't want to take another day off work we agreed it was fine and called to set up our installation. We were given a 12-3 time window which is fine because it was a Friday after all, at 2:50 we hadn't received a call from anyone so I called the number I had called to set up a time, there was no answer... so I called abc warehouse to figure out where this third party was. When they called him they informed me they couldn't reach him either.. they mentioned they would call me back after they reached him.. 3:15 the installation guy calls, he said the job is taking way longer and gave me a new window of 430-5.. I'm guessing you knew the job would run long and you could of had a courtesy call but no such luck. Already having took the day off I told them it would have to work for me. I called abc warehouse to speak to a customer service rep about my awful experience, the manager answered the phone and heard my problems out with the dented merch, the very late installation, the miscommunication, all of my issues and put me back on hold... he couldn't figure out why I was upset about anything. He even raised his voice at me when I explained that I was upset about waiting all day long for crappy appliances and going through a third party they highly recommended! I was on the phone for 20 minutes and transferred and put on hold for 16 minutes of the call... they all had received their money and didn't care at all about if the job was done or not Please please please don't give this place your business, I know everything being low priced is a huge draw but the products were in TERRIBLE condition and the management was the worst that I've ever dealt with and I'm in the service industry! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Just because you buy something NEW doesn't mean NO STRESS and NO HASSLE!!! Something I think anyone could expect. Read the fine lines of the company you are buying from (in this case a GE appliance from ABC Warehouse). ABC Warehouse will not return, replace or issue you a refund after 48 hours. Most of the time it takes at least that long to realize you have a real problem. So now kicks in the manufactures warranty (GE Electronics). They don't honor the idea that when you purchase a new (in good working condition) product that it is just that. NO, they will fix it for you, but it doesn't matter how long it takes (few weeks, months....) and when their repair person doesn't show that doesn't matter neither. You might get an "I'm sorry", (I didn't even get that, all though it probably would have pissed me off even more). So bottom line if your think you are buying something new so you think NO Hassle, NO Repairs. THINK AGAIN!!! It has now been 22 days since I purchased a GE electronics appliance from ABC Warehouse, (Shelby Twp, MI). It has been returned to the store, abused (dragged) by their sales manager, no refund, no exchange, no help. So those helpful sales people who make you think they are there for the best interest of the customer. Think again, that only applies while they are trying to make a sale. After that they don't know you. I have contacted all levels of both companies and NOTHING. Just basically F----U. Don't Buy GE Appliances and Don't Buy from ABC Warehouse. read more

I would give negative stars if I could! Horrible experience! I recently visited my local ABC Warehouse in Flint with my mother in law, shopping for a new refrigerator and dishwasher. The salesman was horrid! Told me repeatedly how he had 40 years sales experience and nothing I was looking for existed and didn't I read reviews online before buying products because the brand I wanted is terrible? Didn't do anything to try and show me products that would work for me, instead concentrated on telling me how stupid I was. They ripped me off on a incomplete dishwasher installation I was charged 150.00 for a Bosch dishwasher installation and the subcontractor who is called Andy does there installation jobs but he is not a plumber but they give you the impression that they are licensed plumbers and they are not and they take forever to even try and get you job done . Called Bosch to help me but they said it wasn't a warranty issue. So they sent me a name of a recommended plumber. He came out and charged me 75.00 just to tell me it was Abc fault. I am giving them a two star rather than one is because they have good prices and the young guy who carries the item to my car is a sweetie. So, I look at their ad, do my homework, and then order it because I can't stand shopping and I've found with many of the locations, the pressure is on. The moment you walk in, someone grabs you. You literally take two steps. When you say you have an online order to pick up, the mood changes. I'm sure they don't receive commission on internet orders. The last time, the guy was a real treat. Didn't thank me... didn't even look me in the eye. Lastly, today a lady called from the corporate office and URGENTLY needed to talk to me about something I bought in the past. GREAT! Purchased dishwasher last Friday. Delivered scheduled for today. As promised, the e-mail did arrive at 6:45 a.m. saying it was loaded on the truck and ready to go this morning, confirming delivery between 7:00 and 11:00 a.m. I was also to get a call when delivery was 40 minutes away. Sooo.......got up at 6:45 a.m., shoved snow from the driveway all morning and finally received a call at 11:20 a.m. No delivery today as they could not find the dishwasher in their warehouse! What happened to the email which said it was on the truck and ready to go? When they finally did find it, the driver had left and no delivery is available until tomorrow. Took a half day off work and now more missed time tomorrow. Hole under the countertop where my dishwasher should right now be is a reminder of this very poor delivery service. I am very disappointed and questioning doing any business with ABC Warehouse in the future. (Oh yes, barely an apology offered with no compensation of any type for my lost time from work). read more
